I was visiting a sick person and got lost in the large hospital and a security guard Officer T. Jones was very helpful and actually took me to the right building and friendly and very efficient and customer service was excellent. My son 14 brought to Sutter Solano Vallejo campus PA name Fraser, Jeffrey E. at ER Dept. Headache he never says my son he ordered Motrin 400 mg. I say him walking on the hallways. That it common do poor bedside manners Sir. Do your job right. Good things have my second Dr she is nice she talk to us with dignity & respect.
