The staff is ok to a point. The front office tells you it has been done but when you check it is not. Dont ever depend on your meds getting to Pharmacy on time. Staff said give at least 10 days notice. I did and still they cant do the job. How hard is it to follow thru.

Im only giving it 3 starts because the receptionist was very helpful in redirecting me to Lassen medical center, but this place was not taking any more patients. And I was distressed as I needed to see a doctor for an inhaler prescription for my asthma attacks.
