If they gave me the option to give this hospital zero stars I would. Dont waste your time going to this hospital .I believe urgent care or any other place would be beneficial. My experience here was by far the worst treatment ever received in my life and the bill was ridiculous due to the fact that they said they couldnt help me. How can you charge someone that you didnt provide for? Called my insurance to tell them about the experience and the cost of my bill which was around $1500. I explained that they couldnt do anything for me and just gave me a bag of ice. So I asked why the amount was so high for not recieving any service at all. (Note at the time had a knee injury and I wasnt even offered a wheel chair even with them seeing that I could barely walk). My insurance said they billed me for stepping into the emergency room for $1500 with no service. Turns out I had a torn ACL and they couldnt even figure that out. Didnt even poke or run tests, X-rays, or anything just simply stated that they couldnt help me and that they didnt know what was wrong. Almost as if they wanted easy money. This Hospital is a joke!!!!

extremely rude nurses. Ill managed waiting room. wait time was way beyond what a normal waiting time should be. I went to the hospital in Pendleton Oregon after a fever of 101.6 and was diagnosed with influenza, I was put on a comfortable bed while the doctor gently scraped the inside of my nose for testing for the flu, I was offered water, Tylenol for the fever and even warm blankets and TV, I beat the flu because I arrived within 48 hours and was put on the proper antibiotics. unfortunately my wife came down with the flu almost 12 hours later during our trip back to napa. We pulled into queens medical center and waited patiently, then the nurse called us in, took my wifes temp but didnt tell us what her temp was, made us wait in the waiting room some more, then she called us back in and said she was going to swab her nose to test for the flu but then shoved the swab extremely hard into my wifes nose to the point she was crying, then told us wed be waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room before the doc would see us. unpleasant experience especially while pregnant.

I went to the emergency room because I was in a car accident. There were only four other people waiting in the emergency room. My neck and back were in a lot of pain. I waited for over two hours before I was even put in a room. The doctor finally came in after thirty minutes and had me stand up, bend over and move my head. That was it. The doctor spent about 1 minute examining me. He prescribed me muscle spasm medication - very odd because i did not have muscle spasms. I was in the worst pain of my life and I think some pain medication would have helped a lot better, and an x-ray would have been nice. The lady that checked me in was very rude. The nurse that checked my blood pressure was very rude. The doctor was very rude. The only nice person I encountered was a guy with tattoos on his face that was stocking the towels in my room. I have been to this hospital many times ( I was born here) and every time has been a horrible experience.

Worse hospital Ive been to. I suffer from migraines. I went in for that and also a spider bite and was having an allergic reaction. They tale you in to a small room where there are other patients. They listen and they gave me two shots. One for allergic reaction and the other for pain (advil) . Then they send you to a hall where everyone else is waiting to feel better and they kick you out. Even though youre still in pain. They give you no privacy, everyone is there listening to your conversation with the nurse. You only speak to the Dr. once. NEVER GOING BACK! Stay away and go somewhere where they will listen and treat you like a human being.

Terrible service in the ER, Nurses are very rude, today I brought my friend in and While she was in the ER I had to call the nurse because my friend started acting very wired the nurse was upset because I called her she said in a very rude manner that she was trying to put her information in the system but if she kept coming in and out the room she was not going to be able to do that. Firstable I did call call only one time and she was not in and out the room, second nurses are there to care for the sick if they are not happy or dont like what they do go somewhere else. It is very unfortunate that we have to deal with this kind of people.

Beware, the staff here arent much helpful. I was put into an E.R. being my first time at a hospital, I wasnt sure where I was supposed to go and when I told a nurse I had back pain, they sent me to the E.R. Anyhow, now Im left with a very high bill from the hospital AND another from the physician. During my visit all the Dr. did was write me a prescription of ibuprofen. When you try to call the number they put on their letters for assistance regarding billing, a machine answers apologizing that nobody is available to take your call regardless of the time you call. I will NEVER EVER step in this hospital again!

Last night I was admitted to the hospital in a tremendous amount of pain. My nurse was Brian and he was absolutely amazing. He listened and made sure I got what I needed! I would have givin this place 5 starts for the ER except Dr. Young was a totally jerk. He was very short and talked to me like I was stupid because I didnt know the medical terms for certain medications. So Brian keep up the good work, your very personable, and caring and I know you will go far in this industry, and Brian thank you so much for getting me through the night!!!!

Horrible to work with billing. First you get put on hold, THEN the phone rings and rings . There is no email address in order to contact them with information where they have made a questionable error. This is a 3rd bill, and we have spoken to them (via the waiting system) before, and have sent all the information to help them with our concerns regarding a very small bill. If I got paid for the time Ive spent working on this, Id be rich. I hope the hospital will read this and reconsider how their billing department works.

Literally the worse hospital to go to. They truly do not care and fail to provide adequate care to patients unless your literally dying. The nurses are extremely rude and worn out. The doctors take FOREVER to see you and you want to know why? At most they have THREE doctors working in the E.R. Ridiculous and like the previous reviews i must agree that all they care about is a quick paycheck in their pocket.
