The receptionist, RN and Dr were all good. However, this evening was the second unfortunate time I have visited this facility in the last year. I came in this evening for chest pain and woosieness and a sudden change in vision that occured this morming. I only came in on the advice of a nurse on a care line because I was still feeling some dizziness and lethargy. When we arrived, they told me it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait, but since the chest pain had subsided from this morning, I was okay to wait. They got me in within 10 minutes only to be greeted by the rudest MA (Ken) I have ever met. After taking my vitals he took me to an exam room where he began collecting my medical history. When I told him that it had been several hours since the chest pain and that it had resolved, but I was still concerned about the dizziness and the change in vision, he looked at me and said, "Its been seven hours? What do you want us to do about it?" I further explained my concerns as he typed in medical notes. After he had collected his informaton, he then left to "get a doctor, or maybe a nurse, well see". Normally I would have shugged this episode off (as I did the first time), but this is the second encouter in the past year with this very same MA (Ken), who appears to be very unhealthy both physically and emotionally and has no business in human or any kind of health care.

Worst health care experience of my life. What a joke. I went in today for shoulder and back pain. The lady doctor didnt do a single thing health related for me at all. Didnt ask me questions regarding my shoulders. I told her Im in constant pain and have been eating anti-inflammatory pills like they are candy. She didnt even make an attempt to figure out what was going on. What is a doctor for if not for health care? She said i needed to go see a different doctor for my condition. I asked her to refer me to a doctor that can help and she didnt even do that! Dont waste your time or money on this place if you are serious about your health. I wont be back thats for sure. She made it clear all she cared about was getting me out of her office so she can get to the next patient and get some more money she didnt earn. I could have gotten better and more personal health care from webmd. I wish i could remember her name so she could be held more accountable for her actions. Shes a joke of a doctor I am curious to know how she still has a job with care like that. If you read this review do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. Unless you feel like throwing 200 bucks in the trash of course.

This was the worse experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. Right away the receptionist told me "oh...i lost a bet" when i asked her what she meant...she said "well sometimes our city people dont show up" so i guess taking bets to see if you show up for your appointment is considered ethical to them! Then as I sat down the receptionist next to the one that checked me in commented on how he won the bet and wanted to know which patient he won the bet on!!! I couldnt believe what i heard. Then the MA i had forgot my weight and had to ask me what the scale said then, proceeded to wait in my exam room for 30 minutes until the doctor came in and it wasnt the doctor i was suppose to see. The doctor was great and the phlebotomist was awesome, i didnt feel the needle at all. I know my situation was complicated but I got no real answers just made another appointment and refilled meds until then. I wouldnt waste your time and money going here. This place needs an evaluation done with the support staff. It was terrible!!!

I can only rate this clinic based on my own experiences. Ive visited this clinic about a dozen times (or possibly a few more). The staff was always polite and helpful. My contacts with doctors and nurses were excellent. The Providence model for delivery of primary care is based on a team approach with the primary physician not spending enormous amounts of time with individual clients. Even so, my primary physicians have been friendly and attentive. I did not feel rushed.

The WORST experience ever at ANY doctor office - They treat your kids like a number and refer you to places that do not offer the service you are referred for - They will then NOT help find the correct place if special care is needed. They are a terrible group of people that do not see you as a person but as a problem.

I am a patient of Dr. Kevin J. Grainger and Marissa Moritz-Guzik and I will never switch to another doctor or clinic. They are amazing doctors and really care about you and your needs. The immediate care staff is also a great team. They are very helpful and caring. Strongly recommended this clinic.

I have been to this clinic several times by myself and with my family members. The wait times were always reasonable (15-30 min) and the staff is very professional. All of my medical needs were addressed properly and I received the necessary treatment as expected.

Its decent, except for a male nurse/doctors assistant. He is extremely over bearing and pushy. He was so annoying that i have considered changing doctors. He appears to be a one of those macho minority dudes with an ethnic control freak agenda

My Family Care doctor, Dr. Monica Myklebust is the best and she truly cares about me and my health. I also like a nurse practitioner at this clinic Mo Jones and between Dr,. Monica and Mo I feel in good hands. I look forward to going.
