For an 11:15 appointment, I arrived two minutes late to be confronted rudely by the receptionist, who promptly told me I was late, and therefore would have to wait an additional half hour. I asked how late was I? She replied 3 minutes. "Youre three minutes late and we are moving you to 11:45". I replied that I have wasted much time in their office when they were running a little behind, and that they could just cancel the appointment and I would go somewhere else. When I went home and checked on line messages for my account at Valley Medical Center, I saw that they actually had CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT TIME at 11:12, THREE MINUTES BEFORE I WAS EVEN DUE IN THEIR OFFICE. THEY WERE NOTIFYING ME ONLINE 3 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME THAT THEY WERE CHANGING IT!! And then their rude receptionist tries to lay it off on me for being 2 minutes late. REALLY? My insurance company and I have paid them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the past year for services, yet they seem to believe that a customer should be treated like this? NO THANK YOU. Ill go somewhere else, as this is unacceptable.

When you are going to Valley for a mammogram for the first time it is helpful to have a campus map which shows the exact area you need to go to. Just finding the hospital is not enough there are all kinds of buildings and technical areas and you need to have some idea of which building to look for and what floor. This map is not detailed enough to get you anywhere but the general location.

I LOVE this place! China cups for tea or coffee and chilled water :) Warm robes and great technicians! Ive been going here for about 4 years and wouldnt go anywhere else!
