I hurt my back and I needed to see a doctor right away. I was in between doctors (my primary doctor had sold his clinic) and I had not yet found a new doctor. I was happy this place could see me right away even though I was a new patient. The office itself is fairly boring and sterile looking. The doctor I saw seemed competent and the x-ray was fast (the x-ray technician was very friendly and nice). My main problem with this clinic was the office staff. They were very rude. My insurance had recently changed and I gave them the relevant information even though I had not yet been mailed my new insurance cards. For whatever reason, they were unable to find me in the system (!!!). I told them that I was insured, but they continued to act as if I wasnt trustworthy or something. So, I preceded to call my employer to ask them to fax over my medical information since they appeared unable to find it. While I was waiting for my company to fax the information, an hour went by. Finally, I got frustrated and asked when I would be able to see the Doctor. They told me they were waiting on my insurance information for me to be able to see him. I was in a great deal of pain (my back) and I couldnt believe they had made me wait an hour. I wondered if I should have gone to the emergency room instead. They told me that if I paid cash ($150) they would let me see the Doctor right away. I was in so much pain, and I didnt want to drive to the emergency room - so I paid the money. While I saw the doctor, my employer called to say that the Insurance company had faxed them documentation that I had Insurance. When I finished my appointment, I again had to wait for them to be available to talk to me. Finally, I asked them to refund me my money I had paid. They acted put out, and I had to tell them that the fax came. Finally, they refunded my money. They never once apologized for their incompetence; instead, they actually wrote down my account number information on a post-it note and gave it to me (as though it was somehow my fault that the new card hadnt arrived in the mail yet)! They had my social security number, my name, my insurance name and my plan. If they were competent, they should have been able to find my new account information. I even gave them my old insurance card. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctors office. This place is all about the $$$ and I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone.

Made an appointment and was told I couldnt do my physical but could only ask for a refill of my inhaler, then never got a reminder call and remembered I had the appt about an hour before I was supposed to be there, since I forgot about it I wanted to at least be courteous and cancel so someone could have that spot ... well apparently that wasnt good enough, the woman was so rude and short with me. Im so sorry I have a toddler and husband with a heart condition that I forgot my appointment. Well at least I know before I waste my time going there.

I have been coming to this doctors office for about four years now on and off!! I love my doctor Dr. Burdine is very friendly and considerate of what you have going on!!! I hope I never lose my doc!!! I had searched several times for a good doctor before her at least went through five or six doctors that didnt care and she definitely cares about her patients

One of the nurses that came in a couple times and the doctor I saw were not very friendly. They both were acting as if I was wasting their time and the doctor made me feel stupid for being concerned if I had herpes. The only person that was nice to me was a newer nurse.

Dont go here unless you have a lot of time to waste. They dont staff the way the hours say they will and the staff that is there ignores you when they do come in. We will be finding a new health care provider who cares about their patients.
