It is just about impossible to get an appointment with this group, even when you have a serious infection. If you need to see your doctor at this location for an emergency, you are better off going to the ER or to your local area clinics like care clinic. The care wont be as good, but at least you will get some care. My entire family was part of this clinic, but they seem to not care when you have an emergency. I would look elsewhere if you are looking to find a PCP, I know we are going to be. To top it off the staff is rude and the doctors seem to be retaliatory, I complained to my doctor about his treatment of my wife, and now he seems to not have any openings to see me when I have an emergency, I have a bad abscess that is very painful and VERY swollen, I have been trying to get in for the last 4 days, the earliest he can see me is 3 days from now...so I went to the Immediate care clinic and got the antibiotics I need, I am out of luck for the pain, but at least I am getting some care, if I waited on my Primary care doc here at the Mukilteo clinic, I would still be waiting in agony another 3 days, just to see him. That is just unacceptable when it is an emergency that would take all of 10 minutes to see what is wrong and provide the medication for it, but that is further than they are willing to go for their patients. This is after a 3 year relationship with this clinic, we have finally had enough with being mistreated and mis-diagnosed and the lack of care we receive. We have always been up to date on our payments and have never given them any reason to treat us like this. It is terrible when you have an emergency and people tell you to see your doctor about it, then you have to tell them I have tried to, but I cant get into see my own doctor for an emergency. Take our advice, unless you want to get on a first name basis with the Washington State Medical Association, I would look elsewhere.

I have given this clinic more chances than a respectable person would but no more. I have suffered from their unprofessionalism in handling their financial responsibilities and the inability to give proper treatment. I have been sent to collections twice by this clinic over the course of the last 10 years or so and not because I was unable to pay my bill, because the mixed up my contact info and sent the bills to the wrong address. Even after I went in and corrected their old information they still screwed me over. My LAST experience is unforgivable. The meds they prescribed me did not work, no problem it happens, but when I called them to discuss it and made it clear I was in PAIN and needed help asap, they did not call back. I called them first thing next morning and still no call back from Dr or nurse. I am now comfortable after visiting the Everett Walk-in, which is my new provider, and getting proper meds for my situation. Tried to make official complaint on their website but not surprising, the form never came up. Dont waste your time, go someplace else, anywhere!!

hey all, been going here since I was a wee child. My family doctor was Dr. Bumstead and I honestly barely saw her despite her being my primary for years. I have many chronic issues, and was often sent home with advice to do things id already tried- nothing new, no tests run, nothing at all. i have since swapped primaries to Dr. Nair and sometimes see Dr. Hafford and theyre both incredible. Dr. Nair has even helped me with multiple issues in one visit. Isnt that rare nowadays, where doctors can often not address properly the only issue you brought in? Anyways, if this is your closest doctors office, or the one in your insurance, I highly recommend these two doctors. Im healthier than ever and would trust them to be honest with me if Im overblowing my symptoms. Good doctors make good clinics!

The staff at the front desk is awesome but the Doctors are so unhelpful. I went in with knee and hip pain and was offered no relief. I had to ask for an X- ray. I told the dr. About how it was an old injury and that I believe its gotten worse over time. I am overweight and have struggled with it for years. It seems that they assume that is the only reason I am having any pain. I always feel worse after my visits. They are there to get paid and nothing else. I suggest going someplace else or just dealing with your issues on your own rather then go to this joke of a Dr office.

Dr. Middleton is my daughters pediatrician and she is absolutely amazing! She always answers all my questions, I have always gotten an appointment when needed even in emergency situations. All the times I have contacted her or her staff on the weekends or during the week, I always get a quick response. Please remember that the pediatrics side is absolutely wonderful and truly does care for our children! I dont know about the other side of the PCP at this location. I personally prefer the Monroe branch for myself.

I dont know anything about bad practices concerning billing and such, but the care I have received from Dr Nair has been outstanding. The clinic itself does always seem to annoy me when I call to make an appointment (always a long wait on hold, no matter what time of day)

I have been a patient for over a year, but I have yet to receive decent service. They can never get me in or my kids (before I moved them over to Everett Clinic) when we actually need to be seen. This has to be the worst Providence clinic in the area.
