My two children saw Dr. Starnes until we moved out of state. We have only been gone a year but most of all I miss our pediatrician. My kids felt comfortable there and so did I. Dr. Starnes always took the time to make my kids feel welcome. My 2 and 3 year old actually looked forward to going to the doctor. Now that it is gone... I realize I miss feeling like someone has my back. Dr. Starnes took all of my worries into consideration and gave me options. When it comes to my kids health care I want to feel secure. I did at Swedish. My kids loved the nurses and really didnt even mind getting shots. Wish I had that where we moved... feel like I am alone in space...

I arrived well before the necessary time to complete paperwork but as the appointment time neared I was texting her dad to see how close they were. The receptionist yelled across the waiting room, "Is your kid going to get here, or what? She should have been here (2 min ago) to be weighed in!" As she walked towards the back. I was left mortified but of course apologetic, only to no one in particular as she was already gone. Turns out that a transformer blew downtown and power outages were the delay. This was a meet and greet appointment...needless to say it was dreadful! I had heard good things, but so far havent experienced that myself.

Dr. Buccholz is great; he cared for our daughter from birth to 18 months, (till we had to move out of state), and he was thoughtfull, to-the-point, up-to-date & knowledgeable about every question/concern we had. Id highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician. Also, the clinic staff is very friendly, (our daughter got shots w/o crying on some occassions!).

Our entire family goes to the Queen Anne Swedish and we love them. The doctors and nurses are great. Many times I am able to find same day appoint for me or my children. I highly recommended Swedish Queen Anne!

All of the staff is super-friendly and helpful here. Dr. Chan in particular is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had. Highly recommend.
