I cannot say enough good about the entire staff at Providence Mill Plain. Professional, compassionate, friendly. They truly care. Reception, medical assistants, nurses and doctors. A special shout out to Dr. Andrea Buckler, Dr. Ellis, nurse Jennifer, Amber, and everyone else, too. I am not exaggerating when I say that they have changed my life. Theyve helped me with problems that no other clinic would. They take time to really listen. Yes, theyre busy and it can be hard to get in, but I dare say that ALL clinics these days face the same challenges. If I absolutely must be seen, theres usually someone who can fit me in or there is urgent care. So, thank you, Providence Mill Plain staff for simply being the best! Oh, and a shout out also to Christine. You rock!

I have been attending this clinic for years. Although dissappointed I had to go through 3-4 doctors before I found a doctor who is willing to stay here. I have had great service from the medical staff and I trully trust my doctor. She is willing to have the tests done to find out my issues. My nurses have been supportive and friendly. sometimes the front staff can be pushy, and rude sometimes. That is a hard postition to hold though and I understand, people are in pain, sick, confused, and in need. Patients can be just as pushy and rude and are more often so then the staff.

Was told my compliments on a blouse and earrings were uncomfortable for staff. Even though I was with my girlfriend at the time. Which was explained not once uncomfortably, but three times in front of my girlfriend. Which makes her not want to ask pertinent health questions. Theres more, but why bother? Very disturbed by this.

I am very happy with my care I have received from Dr Buckler and Brandi Cannon. Sometimes the process is slow by front desk personnel. Not sure about the complaints from other reviews. No one has been rude or impolite at all.

Absolute rubbish, not worth a pfenning or a farthing to see to a wound. I would rather let my horse tend to a sword gash than let them poke and prod me endlessly with no aim except what appears to be general sadism.

Horrible service, very unprofessional front desk people. Appointment takes weeks and its gonna be chronic when u are seen. Switching over to some private clinic. bye providence.

Very rude and slow to provide care for their patients. Dr Buckler is great but office personnel answering phones are the worst.
