Very irritated with the Burien office. For one; every time I schedule an appointment here I get some sort of flack for coming to this location because my primary care provider that Ive been seeing my whole life happens to work in the West Seattle location but they close at 5pm, I have a solid 9-6pm job Monday thru Friday and this just does not work for my anymore. That being said this is the second time I was told to show up at 5:50pm (which Ive been told was the latest they could schedule an appointment) I leave work early STILL and then manage to get here 2 minutes after 5:50pm and was told "oh you were supposed to be here at 515pm youre appointment was at 5:30pm." Now....I KNOW the lady on the phone I spoke to at 2:45pm today told me 5:50 NOT :15 on account of the fact this is the second time, but also because I made it perfectly clear I need it to be around 6pm and I repeated this back to her confirming 50 after!!! To top it off the representative named Katie was a total witch about the whole thing basically downplaying what I said about the situation, talking over me, being very snippy in her tone. Like seriously.. obviously Im not here for fun and this is NOT my fault so for her to treat me like a dumba** is totally unacceptable. I am FUMING!

Very nice facility but now there are too many people involved and no one knows what is going on. I had an 8:15am appointment, found out that was early to do paperwork actual appointment time was 8:30am. Nurse Practitioner showed up at 9:03am. She sent me to xrays, xray sent me back to front desk. Front desk called back and was told to send me back to exam room. 45 minutes later I was told to go home. No results, no suggestions on how to treat my injury, no nothing but Im sure a large medical bill.

I love this office, they are always prompt and efficient getting me back to waiting room and quickly to exam room. Dr Bernardo is great and listens to me and we work together on my treatments.
