Neither the doctor explians you about that nor the Hospital.You are charged at the end the day saying your insurance has a duductable.Being new to the country and the System here-please make your move carefully when undergoing some thing Medically. Otherwise It would drag you in panic and frustation. So guys especially from India- if you are not Microsoft employee. check your insurance.Make sure you are covered completely and then move. hope this will save some of you.

Worst experience ever! They made me wait for 45 minutes and didnt bother to apologize. Id provided my insurance and ID at check in as I was a new patient. I received an invoice 10 days later which stated that they didnt have my insurance details on record. The receptionists are rude and do not have any idea on what the process is. Doctor is not that great either. Stay away from this place and find yourself a better doctor and clinic!

too much of waiting time.Appointment system is a joke...I visited her about 8-10 times and always ended up waiting to see the doctor sometimes for about 30 min in waiting area even after getting there 5min early before my appointment time...I heard similar experiences from my frds about her...I hope they change this...I would give the doctor 4/5 but overall experience could be much better if they are more punctual.

Dr. Pathy is kind and conscientious. She really does all she can for her patients. Ive been with her for over 10 years and she is always positive, professional, and encouraging. The office is very efficient. I have never waited long for an appointment. Everyone is very helpful.

Not at all punctual. Even after reaching for the appointment on time, I waited for about 30-40 mins before I could see the doctor. This happened several times. Appointment system is a joke.

Pretty easy to get an appointment. They accept all major insurances. Dr Pathy is a pretty good doctor and I am satisfied with her treatments.
