What you need to know about EvergreenHealth Primary Care in Woodinville is that you are essentially a number here. Im sure that if you need something simple like vaccinations or a blood draw, theyre fine. But in my experience, they just had their procedures and pushed me through as if it was an assembly line. Although the assistant seemed to listen to me, the doctor, Dr. Kaur, did not. I went here because I needed a new primary care doctor. My first appointment was because of shoulder pain and fatigue (I was having problems sleeping). I was given a prescription which I didnt want, but tried anyway and it made me so drowsy I couldnt function during the day. They did nothing for my shoulder pain, so I called back and was told I should get a Physical because I was experiencing several issues. They said since a physical takes so long, the next available appointment would be in a month. I went ahead and made the appointment. Within a few days my shoulder got so bad I just went to an Urgent Care clinic, where I got the help I needed for it. So I quit taking the prescription because I was able to get sleep again. The second time I went there was for my Physical (which I showed up for 15 minutes early). They told me they were going to do a Wellness exam, and they only had half an hour to give me because they "hadnt found out about it until that morning." At the time I thought "Wellness" was just new medical jargon for "Physical." Turned out they were giving me a Medicare Wellness exam, which I had not asked for, which is basically a talking-to about getting your vaccinations and losing weight and making sure you have taken care of things like Living Will, etc. Also, the person who came in to give me my vaccination was hoarse and coughed a couple of times, but did not wear a mask. Yuck! My excellent insurance plan would have covered the Physical I had requested, even though Medicare does not. I had explained all that to them at my first visit and given them all the cards and documents they needed. In addition, Medicare says this appointment should last 45 minutes to an hour. Even though they only gave me 30 minutes, they claim they did everything and so thats what they billed Medicare. Medicare told me they cant do that, so I will be filing an objection when I get the paperwork from Medicare. And then, after I talked to them about how I wasnt getting my needs addressed, they said I should make another appointment! Seems to me theyre cutting corners so they can squeeze in more patients, and trying to find ways to get people to make more appointments so they can make more money. I will not go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had the worst experience here. I have switched my daughters doctors because of how they treated her my husband and myself. Her 1 month doctors appointment was a joke. The nurse was rude and made my daughter cry for 10 minutes just trying to take her heart rate with some new device they wrap around the toe. My daughter wasnt wanting to cooperate (which what one month old would?) Instead of stopping and using the old fashioned stethoscope method the nurse kept trying and getting a little too forceful with my daughter. She eventually gave up and didnt take my daughters heart rate at all. Then with the usual stuff like weight height and head circumstance she didnt tell me any of it I didnt get any of the information to write down. The visit with the actual daughter was so short and he seemed very scripted and fake when talking with us. Then he told us not to worry about bringing ger in for her 2 month appt if shes doing ok. I followed the doctors orders because they are supposed to know better than us right? Took her in for her 3 month appt with a new doctor at Virginia Mason and they were shocked the doctor had told me not to bring her in because she IS supposed to have a 2 month check up and she was supposed to get her vaccines! They want to see babies at 1, 2, and 4 months and so on for regular check ups and for vaccines. Im so much happier with Virginia Mason I myself have switched to there too.

I was happy with the care but the billing dept was devastating for me so watch your bill very closely. Redmond ER billed me 5000 for 3 10 min visits when I had the h1n1 flu. I was literally there a total of 20 min for all 3 visits which was great but 1 was a mistake on their behalf because they apparently judge your care on what you have rather than what you need. So the second one was because the meds they should have given me the first time where "overlooked" due to me not having ins. So by trying to save me (a single mom without any support) they actually cost me another 1700 dollars. After telling me to apply for financial help for needy people they denied it and sent me to collections. All within 6 months because not once but twice they lost my paperwork! I now have my wages garnished. Try raising a child on 1200 a month! I cant even get state help because they only look at gross income.......thanks billing dept for making my life impossible.

The clinic was the most disorganized Ive ever been in. They sent me from one person to another to ask a couple of questions each. Why one or two people couldnt take the information is anybodys guess. The staff, with the exception of Dr. Reigle, were pretty clue-less and didnt send out test results as they said they would. I had to call and remind them. The final straw was instead of collecting my $30 co-pay or sending a couple of reminders they contacted a collection agency to make threats. My credit rating is near perfect and Im very conscientious about paying my bills. This was an insulting and impersonal approach.

They told me to be 15 minutes early to check in to my appointment... I arrived at 4:30 for my 4:45 appointment to check in as advised. I sit and wait patiently and 4:50 rolls around.. the receptionist straight up leaves me by myself in the waiting room without letting me know when my doctor would be able to see me. The doctors assistant didnt come out to get me until 5:15 at which point I had almost left. Was really underwhelmed by the level of professionalism. My doctor was kind and efficient but that delay ended up messing with the rest of my schedule for the day... would not recommend if youre on a time crunch.

DI have a very dear friend whos dr retired from here he was good the staff sucks. Ive been watching for years now as a very close friend has been repeatedly ignored and left for days waiting for call backs from staff here. Having worked in a hospital before all I can say is incompetence best describes this place. now with the latest chinese dr wu. Arrogant, controlling, no eye contact, need I go on. He cant admit hes out of his depth so referrers her to 15 other specialists all that has done is rack up bills and hasnt helped

Doctor saw me for less than 10 minutes. He used an optional treatment which did not work and called it surgery and billing for $300 per visit, (at 4 visits thats expensive.) He repeated this treatment multiple times, despite it not working. I saw another doctor who corrected the issue with a basic treatment for $80. Evergreen didnt return my phone calls, were extremely disorganized, and were completely unable to justify their position. I would avoid them at all costs.
