My Wife stopped in for her 8:45 AM Appointment only to be turned away due to an insurance carrier mix up. This whole situation could have been prevented the day before when she called in to double check and confirm her insurance was acceptable. Which was acknowledged as acceptable by this office. It was a huge inconvenience for us to get the kids off to school extra early to make this AM appointment only to be what we feel is mistreated. My wife asked" given the circumstance what would the charge be with out insurance today" They could not even quote her a price for service nor were they apologetic for the mix up. Just a couple of" well I dont knows "This was Extremely disappointing and irritating for her and not 1 sorry or apology for the mix-up. This service feels very un-professional and un-accountable and the girls poor attitude at the front desk was no help either. Where is the customer service? Where is the well lets see what we can do to accommodate you here today attitude Miss? Nobody here wanted to help my wife. We are very un satisfied to say the least. I hope potential clients find this post to be helpful and that our experience can prevent this mix up from repeating itself here at Pacific Medical Center @ Canyon Park in the future.

Will not recommend to any one. Worst customer service. When I booked the appointment, Pacific medical center confirmed twice that they accept the insurance plan as in-network I had and they took the details of membership number, group number etc. After 2 months, they billed me as out of network. I tried to call and talk to Billing dept on couple of occasions. They sounded like I had defaulted on my payment for past few months when I called the next day after receiving the bills. They were commanding me as if I am their slave. They were telling me that it was my choice to accept their rude service. They wanted my credit card number immediately to charge. I feel like I am dealing with collection agent rather than a hospital. Looks like their motto is only to make money rather than treat the patients in a human way. Fortunately I selected another hospital who treated their patients as humans. On top of that, the doctor doesnt care about patient rather money. I would recommend patients who want to donate their money to Pacific medical center. I donate my money to charities not to money hungry people.

Extremely poor service. Told me to expect MRI results Thursday, didnt get back to me at all. I called the following Monday, and after being redirected several times, they told me they would call me back in ten minutes. I waited three hours and didnt hear back, so I called again. Finally, after a second runaround (12 transfers total), they told me that no one had reviewed the MRI images yet. They also refused to give me the data until they finished reviewing it. Scheduling the MRI in the first place was a pain. They took days after the appointment to call for scheduling. The neurology appointment for severe 30-day migraine only lasted about ten minutes. The doctor quickly prescribed three medications, one for nausea came with a warning that it causes headaches. It didnt feel like he really thought that through or took the time to curiously and carefully analyze the situation. He spoke extremely loudly which was very painful for the migraine. The bottom line is: if you want personalized, thoughtful care and good service, dont go to PacMed.

My experience with PMC in Bothell was horrid. Dr. Sharma Im sure she is a decent Dr but horrible person. Dr. Sharma made me and my wife feel like we were being discriminated against, completely negligence to help me receive the proper treatment and lied about it. She was supposed to get me a referral and so I waited to hear from somebody two weeks go bye then get a phone call from DR. Sharma saying that shes still working on the referral and shell get back to me. A month goes bye so I call and turns out the referral has been in the hole time. WTF. So I call PMC to complain about the incident and ask not to be contacted cause whatever Im moving on no problem, I then get two more calls and one of them is from Dr. Sharma. Here it is Im complaining about her and when she calls its not even to apologies, she was only concerned that it was everybody else fault, and some how turned it around and it became my fault. Not happy with this type of treatment especially when its of my health.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. SHARMA.

We were delayed for our first appointment by 15mins for our 2 week old but were seen by the doctor without any hassle. Receptionist was an elderly lady who only told us not to delay next time. We were half expecting to be sent back. Our doctor and nurse are very sweet.. calm and pleasant to talk to... Dr. Akiko Hall explains everything clearly and provides medical knowledge in a way that we understand. She spends much more time answering our questions and alleviating our concerns. We even got a Saturday appointment for my little ones cold and cough within 2 hours and the other pediatrician was also great to talk to. I didnt like it when we didnt get a call back from nurse on Friday but they had been trying a different number. Its a human error and doesnt affect how i feel about the doctor and the service we are getting for our 7 month old...

Dr. Nha Ton there ...worst doctor. Prescribe wrong meds which cause allergies when told of this meds still prescribed...finally doctor on several visit cancel the meds but did not provide a substitute...nightmare. He did not address the issue. Wasnt able to talk but 5min, while having to wait long time for doctor that is if you can get in on a timely manner(might take days) . Dr. likes to schedule follow on visit but each visit allowed to ask one or two question with no answers then rush out the door for another follow on visit. The reception out front is nice though. Their billing system is good. However, pick another doctor there.

Very good experience, normally dont have to wait long and doctors and staff are very nice. Didnt give it 5 stars though because the lab is unprofessional. 2 lab workers, me and another woman were waiting as one of the lab workers stood back there and talked with a patient the other lab worker was working on... She was very aware we were waiting, just continued to talk and laugh and ignore us. Its very irritating, especially when you have other things that need to be done

I have had great experiences with this clinic. The receptionists are friendly and the 2 times I have gone I was taken back immediately to the room. I followed Dr. Parul Sharma there from his previous practice. I saw another rheumatologist in another practice because I was told my insurance was not accepted at Pac Med. After that appointment I was willing to pay to see Dr. Sharma again. Turns out my insurance did pay.

Good luck getting any specialist appointments less than a month away. I see lots of terrible reviews here for Dr. Sharma and I have to agree. I had her as my primary and her husband as my rheumatologist and she bashed every single thing he said about my condition and the care he recommended. Her bedside manner is terrible, shes cold and rude. No patient deserves to be exposed to marital issues between their doctors.
