To be fair, we have always had a good experience with Dr. Sahota. Our entire family has been coming to this office for 4yrs. My recent interaction and poor treatment by the office staff has made me look elsewhere for a new family eye doctor. It is amazing that are a "children" and "family" eye practice because the office staff lacked compassion and flexibility. They initially charged me a $25 "no show fee", which was a result of some confusion from what I had on my calendar and what they had actually scheduled. When I received the bill, I called & spoke with someone in billing who said that she would investigate & get back to me. I told her exactly what had happened & that I also didnt receive the usual reminder call. She called me the next day & said that she would go ahead & "make the charges" go away because she couldnt figure out why the call log had our number down as disconnected. Over 7wks go by & I received another bill which listed the initial charge followed by the credit and then another $25 charge. I called & spoke with the office manager who basically spoke to me in a tone which indicated that she didnt care what I had to say. She went on to also tell me that she knew there was the credit but that she "reprimanded" the billing woman because she didnt have the authority to credit me. What really irked me was that it shouldnt have mattered. At the end of the day, her office agreed to credit my acct & she was going back on that agreement. I dont really consider this good business practice & for her to be so inflexible, she clearly didnt care whether my family & I stopped going to their office. I have never received such unprofessional treatment from a doctors office. It is a shame but there are plenty of great eye doctors out there & it is truly not worth the headache of having to deal with this office & the poor management.

We went to see Dr.Sahota for my infant daughters medical exam and Dr.Sahota is a really, really good doctor. But it is their billing department that seems unreasonable. We have very good medical and vision insurance and this should have covered my daughters vision exam completely. However, I got a bill from the facility stating that my vision provider would not reimburse the charged amount completely and I have to pay the difference. My VSP mentioned that they billed the companies in the wrong order; they should have billed VSP as primary and the medical as secondary. However, the billing department would not listen to this and stuck to their stand that I need to pay the difference. It is not the amount that I have to pay that irks me here, but the very fact that the billing seems unreasonable and they are unwilling to do anything about it. Quite a few other folks have made similar comments about their billing...so I am not alone. To summarize....Dr.Sahota is a wonderful doctor, but the billing department has irked me enough that we wouldnt go this facility anymore.

My daughter has had a Chalazion every year around october since she was 2. They never go away on their own and Dr. Lenart was always very nonchalant about it and put us off until another visit a month later just to milk more cash out of our insurance. He only ever removed one of them because we basically forced him to. They also charge interest on bills after 30 days of no payment, which is unheard of for most medical facilities and they are unwilling to make payment plans that do not involve charging interest. They also denied my HSA card multiple times when I KNOW the balance was adequate to pay their fees. A horrible experience from start to finish.

I went in for a standard eye exam that my vision insurance covers but they did other tests without telling me about it or how much extra it cost and I got a bill for $200.00 and nothing to show for it.There billing department is brutal. They dont care just want the bill paid and you to go away. $200 for nothing and wont work with me on trying to understand what the money was for. My family and I wont go back. Hope that was worth it. There are way to many great eye doctors in Redmond to go to that are not sneaky like that. Make sure you tell them not to do anything your insurance wont cover before the appointment. Hope that works for you.

What a horrible experience at this clinic. I hope there is zero star rating. My son saw Dr. Leung at this clinic for a routine exam in 2016/10. It turns out the proscription is too strong and it hurt his eyes. So we went back, hoping to have it corrected. As a result, they insisted charging me for a totally separate routine eye exam. This is not what I have experienced at other clinics. If something is wrong with the proscription, doctors just provide free follow up. I certainly will not go back again.

We came to see Dr. Lenart at the suggestion of a friend after failing a school vision test. My daughter had always done well at all of her pediatrician visits so we didnt think much of it. Turns out she has something and only sees 20/100 out of the left eye. We are patching now and because of the age (5) she has a good chance to get her vision back. Dr. Lenart has been great and the staff was so kind and I ended up getting my eyes checked too. I will recommend this office to everyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism. Dr. Lenart and the entire staff were the absolute best. The care and compassion I received was outstanding. In fact this was the best experience I have ever had and I have had quite a lot of experiences with several health related procedures, all my questions were answered and I never once felt that any questions or concerns that I had were taken lightly but were taken seriously.

Dr. Lenart. Thank you for helping me face the biggest obstacle in my life and for making it easy to trust you. Start the journey to have straight eyes. I never thought I could have that, so to me this is a miracle and you changed my life. All i have ever wanted was to be able to have a conversation where I could look somebody in the eyes and to get married and have a wedding picture that i wouldnt be ashamed of!!

Both my husband and I wear glasses and have had problems with lazy eye. Our three year old son was referred by our doctor because vision was really bad in his left eye. We came to see Dr. Lenart and are now working towards improvement. The staff is so nice and helpful and Dr. Lenart is very knowledgeable. It is good to know we are in such good hands.

Poorly run business with unreasonable management. They charged no show fees for errors on their part and refused to take it off despite making an agreement to do so. My family used to (past tense) go to them, until they starting charging fees like an airline. I will undoubtedly be taking my business elsewhere.

I was referred by my doctor in Arlington for my daughter to come and see Dr. Lenart. It is a long drive but worth it. Dr. Lenart was able to help my daughter with glasses. She is already on her way to seeing better with a lower prescription. So glad we were sent here before things got worse.
