I came to Healthworks for the L&I injury and they are the only place Id been since the incident. Despite of my chief complaints, the doc never bothered to check on my physical range of motions, nor did he ask injury-relevant questions during the whole intake. All they did was taking x-ray images on my back for extra insurance charges. By end of the session, they recommended me to follow up with their on-site PT afterwards, which they thought was reasonable for my recovery process. However, I was totally shocked when I got a rejected letter from the department of L&I stating that I was ineligible because the doc wrote in his notes that I was fully recovered after my first visit with him! Honestly, Im in very bad pain and for sure I will appeal. I should have gone to my family doctor for the sake of time and efficiency on my claim. Apparently, it took me half day off work to see someone who is inconsistent and uncaring.

While on a business trip to Bellevue I needed to see a doctor as a follow-up to an appointment I had at home. I couldnt wait until I went back home and so I called 6+ doctors who all refused to see me. When I called US Healthworks, I was fortunate enough to speak with Dr. Card over the phone. Rather than say "sorry, I cant help you, youre not a patient of mine", Dr. Card welcomed me to his office. The attention that Dr. Card gave me was amazing...this is a doctor who truly cares about people, and clearly became a doctor to help others. I have only amazing things to say about Dr. Card, and wish that he lived in my home town so that he could be my regular physician. If you want to be treated by a kind, caring individual, Dr. Card is the doctor for you.

I would like to rate this above avarage because the doctors at this place take good care of patients. We have been to this place for 3 times since last 2 years and always got good treatment and care from the doctors. However, the staff is not that great when including front desk.This time we saw Dr.Deshpande who is an excellent doctor. She took great care of us, very responsive and answers all questions with patience and in our case went extra mile in finding the lab appointment and following up regurarly. Next time for any initial checkup this place would be our first preference. I would recommend to take appointments because wait time in walkins is about 30mins.

Shariyah (Hopefully spelled correctly) gave me my 2nd Hepatitis shot today. She was very nice and it was really quick and painless! She definitely knows what shes doing. I hope she is there 5 months from now. The lady I usually see at the front desk is also very friendly. Unfortunately, I dont recall her name!

The receptionist is really rude and does not speak English well. She just yells what after every few words and if she gets annoyed she puts you on indefinite hold and ignores you. The doctors and nurses seemed professional, no complaints there. But i would never go here again.

The front office people made this appointment the worst ever the doctors are great but I would not recommend. I cannot make an appointment because their internet service was down which they told me walking would be acceptable but a two hour wait is not

Excellent service. They came within an hour. Very courteous and friendly. It was a 15 minute visit in the comfort of my home rather than a 1-2 hour visit in a germs urgent care. Well worth the $49 house call premium. Strongly recommend.

didnt fix my ear infection, called asked how I was doing, invited me back, and then tried charging me a second time. why would I pay twice for the same doctor that didnt help me. Ill go to another doctor. duh!

This place is the worst. No one was in the waiting room and I had to wait 30 minutes for a pre-employment drug test! The receptionist was short and kept telling me "theyd be right with me." Go elsewhere
