I have been a patient of Dr. Peter Schocks at Dr. Brumms office for almost 6 years and the last 2.5 years the office staff has been extremely unhelpful, terrible at following through with what they say they are going to do and the billing department is extremely disorganized and to top it all of I cant even get an appointment with my actual doctor anymore. This office has apparently grown so much that patient care is the least concern and money is the greatest concern. Their priorities have clearly been shifted greatly. They have screwed up my billing on numerours occasions and my prescriptions on numerous occasions. I have had to do their job for them by following through with the insuance companies, billing departments and referred facilities and then when I ask Dr. Schocks staff about it they seem to act like they have no idea what I am even talking about. It is extremely disappointing to see a once upon a time good doctors office become every patients worst nightmare. I will be looking for a new doctors office where I am treated like a valued individual rather than dollar signs. Very disappointing and if you dont need any real quality of service this is the place for you.

Great support staff, nurses and doctors. I love their on-line access portal to get medical test results and to email my doctor when I have general questions and dont need to make an appointment. My doctor always listens to my questions and concerns and takes the time to work with me on maintaining my health. The location of the clinic is very convenient. Ive never had to wait long periods in order to make an appointment. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I moved to the area (Bellevue, WA) and luckily found Bellevue Family Medicine. The staff is very helpful and caring. The physicians and PAs are caring and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that they were proactive dealing with my health issues. I listened as the doctor presented all options for my condition, not just one. We discussed each option, and that made me feel I was an active part of my treatment. I would highly recommend Bellevue Family Medicine.
