Earlier this year I contacted Dr. Borodulins office to see whether they would accept the health care plan we were planning to sign up for - an Anthem BlueCross Preferred DirectAccess PPO plan purchased "off exchange." (This was right around the time when California residents were legally required to sign up for health care coverage through Covered California or an off-exchange plan or be subject to a fine.) The key thing the office manager needed to know was whether it was an Anthem BlueCross PPO plan and whether it was purchased "off exchange." The perception I got was that off-exchange plans paid out higher rates than the new lower-paying Covered California plans. I confirmed that our plan was one of the premium "off-exchange" plans and the office confirmed coverage support. We went ahead and signed up. When my wife called today to schedule her first visit, Dr. Borodulins office turned her away. I called back and spoke with both Stella and Carla (the office manager). While Dr. Borodulins office accepts some Anthem BlueCross plans, they apparently do not accept on/off-exchange plans and Pathway PPO plans. Wasnt the point of Covered California and Obamacare to provide broader health care access to California residents? Yet, here we are being turned away after having confirmed that our plan was "accepted" by Dr. Borodulins office and after paying a hefty monthly premium of $1,238.31 for "premium access" to health care. I am very disappointed with Dr. Borodulins office. I cant speak of the medical treatment, because we didnt get that far. I get the sense that the office only accepts plans that pay out high rates (that means no plans offered through the Exchange and apparently not even my plan that was purchased "off-exchange"). How disappointing and misleading. I would not recommend Dr. Borodulins practice for these reasons.

Have been seeing Dr. Borodulin/Deweese for years! Dr. Borodulin is gruff but professional and a no nonsense type of person. If you need a gentle doctor, Borodulin is not for you. If you want a no nonsense type of this is what I can do for you or I cant help you go here diagnosis...then Tatyana Borodulin is the one. Dr Deweese was an excellent old timey doctor but I understand he had to retire due to health issues. Either way...Borodulin has fit mine and my familys needs for about 15 years running...

Dr. Borodulin is a wonderful and caring doctor. My entire family have been her patients for many years and weve had nothing but great experiences with her!

Had a terrible experience with this doctor. Patients are nothing to her. She doesn`t care about her community also... Avoid her office if you can
