Dont see Larisa martain and birgit weeks. These two are some of the worst. Larisa Martin m.d. Birgit weeks practitioner. For one the front desk does not communicate well with the other doctors throughout the office. They give you false information they even gave my United Healthcare commercial plan specialist the wrong information also. Make sure your appointment does not go over 15 minute. They will let you know that they have spent longer than 15 minutes with you repeatedly.like theyre doing you a favor instead of doing their job. So I ask to talk to a manager they bring out a manager she might have been 22 to 25. The doctor that I saw she knew exactly what manager to get because she has no experience. Very nice lady though. But this was the icing on the cake for me is when my Dr her breath smell like alcohol like she had been drinking. so now I will be going to the hospital because Francesca Medical Center sucks they do not know how to give proper care..

Do not trust them to check with your Insurance before they do anything. They will tell you they are checking to make sure you are covered before they do anything. This is just a SCAM to get your money. I have heard stories about Hospitals doing anything to screw you over but always thought that we were only getting half the story. There is not other half to this. My Wife went in for birth control and they lied to us saying the checked to see if it i was covered. Now we have to pay the bill out of pocket because they didnt actually check with our insurance. I know we could of checked ourselves but we trusted our Dr. and that is a big mistake.

Needed a general practice doctors office for a quick follow up to a hospital visit. This place being fairly new was able to book me an appointment for exactly when I needed it. Front desk is staffed by upwards of 5 people so checking in went really fast. Like I mentioned earlier, its a new building so its very clean and organized and there are a TON of patient rooms. Dr. Smith was very nice and took his time to talk about everything I wanted to talk about. Honestly cant think of anything that was unpleasant about this visit.

I was cared for in urgent care when I had food poisoning, I am impressed by the personal tough to care the providers had, they allowed me to stay in the clinic for 2 hours until I felt better. Few days later I received a phone call from the provider to check on me, I felt that was super special.

Awful. The doctor misdiagnosed me. My regular doctor couldnt believe what their diagnosis was. Also they did a test and never provided me with results.
