Dr Rickertsen is a great doctor but has given me prescriptions that arent signed or dated and the pharmacy rejected them because its illegal and the office staff has given me other peoples prescriptions. The office decifers which paperwork they feel the doctor needs to fill out or not rejecting my disability forms to be filled out, wouldnt fax them or have the doctor do an online form stating they dont fax or do online forms after telling me the month before they did it online giving me a copy or told me the forms were not filled out yet and still sitting in my file waiting for a doctors signature and numerous excuses about mailing them out but the state disability office has never received the forms, leaving me without income for more than 4 months food, water and electric and eventually homeless with a child and animals and noone cared.

Dr. Rickertsen is a great Dr., but unfortunately he is not the only one that works there. His office staff is completely incompetent and the receptionists will not even pass a message along to the Dr. unless they feel is warranted. Billing dept. is horrible and would not re-bill when they made a mistake. Dealt with an insurance problem for 1.5 years all because they would not do what I asked. Never going back!

I liked Dr. Rickertsen and his nurse Debbie. But had to leave the practice because I could not deal with the office staff. They were clueless on how to bill insurance and would charge for things the insurance said they were to write off. The office became way too busy and it was easier to be seen at the clinic or ER then to get an appointment.
