The Doctors are competent and helpful. I have had a problem with the front office for some time. This office requires cash for the copay, not a big problem but very inconvenient, they will refuse service if you dont have cash. My doctor moved to another practice. He said I could stay with the practice, which I agreed to. I didnt select the new doctor through my health plan. This was my responsibility, but as I was staying with the same practice I didnt think to do this. The women in the front office were not helpful (they could have informed me of the process) and some discussion related to getting prescription refills told me they didnt care weather I stayed with the practice. In general the office is not run well, lots of dropped calls, full message boxs and discourteous staff. To this day I am still having trouble with Benecia one of the women in the office. Dropped my calls three times today while I was trying to have my medical records transferred. I would say find another practice with modern billing and co pay practices.

I called 4 times on 1-7-17 for a new patient appointment and left messages to call back but never got a return call. So I called again and got a person but was suddenly cutoff. I called again and got the message that the line was full. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the office service.

My mother has had this dr the 1 1/2 and the service is absolutely horrible... being in the medical field this has horrible management and cant understand why this office is still open. Time to seriously look for a better dr and staff.
