I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars because giving 1 star is giving this clinic too much credit. First of all, I was being seen to be tested for diabetes because it runs in my family and I had been having some symptoms that may have been related. I came prepared with a list of symptoms that I had because I wanted to be sure that I didnt forget to mention anything. While talking to the doctor about the symptoms I was cut off and told "to only talk about the symptoms related to diabetes." The doctor didnt even know what I had written down. She just didnt want to listen. I was told by a specialist I had been seeing (at a different clinic obviously) that she thought I may have PCOS and so I had mentioned that I was concerned about that and the doctor told me "there was no way I could have it because only fat/obese people get PCOS." which is DEFINITELY NOT TRUE!! plenty of people who are healthy weight can have PCOS. she interrupted me and pretty much would not even consider any of my concerns I had to pee and asked if I needed to give a sample and they said "might as well." just because and then recently recieved a bill charging me for a urine test that was done "just because". I requested a refill on my birth control patch (I have been on it for 6 years now). They wanted a pap smear result that I had done at another clinic and I signed all the release papers to have them get those. when I went to contact my pharmacy they had not been called in, so I contacted the clinic once again to be told that they didnt have my results and then said they did but the doctor wasnt in so theyd need to call me back the next day. they did call back and again I was told they didnt have any records. I offered to call the other clinic and have them fax the results to them and the woman said that would be fine, so I asked for the fax number and was told "she didnt know it" She told me they would call in an RX for 2 months and I said what happens after 2 months. normally when you call in a birth control RX after a pap they give you refills for a year and so she changed it to 1 year of refills like I said. Then a few hours later after the conversation the doctor called back to tell me that they dont normally precribe the patch because its "bad" and I told her Ive been on it for 6 years and never had any health problems related to the patch. She told me shed send me information and I told her that I know the risks and I also have read the stuff online about it but that I have never had problems with it. She kept trying to convince me to not use it and to change it and it seemed like they were doing ANYTHING possible to get me in for another visit and more money for them. I told her I did not want to change birth control and she kept asking if I was sure and I just told her YES IM SURE and asked if my RX was called in or not. why would a doctor go out of her way to call me and try and convince me to switch off something that works for me? I feel like they do not listen to their patients concerns whatsoever and that they dont really care about anything but getting you in and out. everything I said in my appointment was minimized and said to not be a problem and to not worry about it. I took time off work to go to the appointment. had to fast and come in first thing in the morning...no patients in the waiting room and i sat there for 30 minutes after my appointment time then sat in the waiting room for more time...hungry cause I fasted. I now have to take more time off to go to a specialty doctor because its obvious that general doctors in our country are complete crap and since she did not listen to my concerns I now have to go find someone that will at least look into my concerns about my health.

I wouldnt give it that one star even. Rip off... Stay away.. I went to see Dr. Rittenberg for lesion removal. He didnt tell me that it will not be covered by my insurance and the lesion didnt go away. They charged me $426 for freezing it knowing that it might not go away and he didnt even mention that insurance will not pay for it. I end up getting a bill for $273 after an adjustment of $153. I had to pay $273 for that treatment after the insurance not covering anything. If Dr Rittenberg mentioned that I wouldnt have continued with treatment. I had to go somewhere else to remove it.

This clinic has no respect for time. Weve been taking an elder family member here for 18 months, and theyve never been less than 30 minutes late despite requiring us to always be on time. In most cases they are 45 minutes late with no apologies, or even updates. Sadly they are just typical for bad clinic where they expect patients to be grateful just to in the presence of a MD. Wish I wouldve gone to medical school so I might get the respect they demand. Today simply is the last time... tomorrow were looking for a new clinic.

Since the move to the new building (about a year?) this clinic seems to be running very efficiently. I am able to get appointments within days for non-critical issues. There are 2-3 people working front desk so no waiting to check-in. Typically brought back within 3-5 minutes by Nursing staff and maybe another few minutes for the Doctor (unless otherwise advised). I see Dr Vatheuer or Dr. Rittenberg and both have been able to treat my issues or provide referrals as necessary. Bonus that there is lab/x-ray in the building!

I needed a doc appointment so they set me up to be there at 745am. they cancel the appt as im almost to the front door... by leaving me a voicemail. Their doors are closed even though i see people inside... and they wont answer their phone. great treatment of a new patient. needless to say, i will not try to reschedule. worthless

I started seeing Dr. Rittenburg shortly after we moved to Bothell three years ago. I am grateful for his manner, knowledge and recommendations. Our entire family are now patients at Evergreen. Hi recommend.
