From day one, and I am embarrassed now that I kept going back, but from day one this woman--Dr. Jones-Kubeska would not listen to anything I had to say. She thinks she knows it all, and does not need any further input from anyone else, least of all me as a patient. I have chest pains. Well, you probably just had something really shocking happen to you, like on a phone call. Huh? Went to a specialist, I drink too much caffeine, problem solved. I told her I felt like I had a lump in my stomach. Oh, Im not concerned because you havent gone to a doctor before about it. Um, this is the first time I have had insurance in years. I am experiencing weight gain at a rate of nearly a pound a WEEK for the past year. Oh, I completely understand. I have been gaining ten pounds a decade. Its just a little glass of wine and chocolate here and there, those calories add up. Ummm, you know thats a pound a YEAR, right? I dont think we are experiencing the same thing here? Went to a specialist, am now on a liquid diet for gastroparesis, which is helping because I constantly feel full. Oh the best one, I have pain in my lower left abdominal area, you know, where my ovary is and sometimes it makes even my pelvis bone ache. And that lump in my stomach area pushes on my ribs and makes them ache as well. Oh, thats probably because your ribs are rubbing against your pelvis. Um, what? Just now at my age, just one side of my body shortened itself 8 inches? Huh? Okay well now the pain in my ovary is getting pretty intense and I would like to see a gynecologist. No, you need to come see me first. Really? Youre not a gynecologist. And now I went and had a transvaginal ultrasound anyway without you which says I have a cyst in surprise! my left ovary but I really need to follow up with a gynecologist and I just need a referral to make an appointment. I am in a lot of pain and would like treatment. I will get to it at the end of the day. Okay, now I have time. No. Every woman has cysts. Every woman has your pain. You do not need a gynecologist. I refuse to give you a referral. Um, ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME??? I have been in pain for months now and you REFUSE to give me a referral to a gynecologist? Yes. I have no reason to put down for the referral. I have to have a reason. **Phone hangs up as I throw it across the room** Now my husband is on the phone. Um, dont all women go to a gynecologist once a year? Im pretty sure thats a thing. Oh, fine. Ill give you the referral. Okay, can you mark it priority or urgent? No, I dont see a button here for that. @*$#%$#$# I WILL say there is one doctor there who THANK GOD filled in when Dr. Jones-Kubeska was gone because I was having chest pains as I sat in the office and she LISTENED to me and actually hooked me up to a heart monitor right there, and I was able to show that information to a specialist. It didnt turn out to be anything life threatening but wow, it was so nice to have somebody listen to me and believe me that I was feeling something rather than tell me I was basically crazy. I remember thinking my doctor would never do this. I do not know her name, but thank you.

I recently tried to on-board with a different physician at this clinic because my current physician, at this same clinic, had just left. My original physician there was really great. This new physician, Dr. Lucas Smith, provided what I consider to be pretty much a worst nightmare doctor appointment. The first thing he did was come in, introduce himself, and then immediately start going through each of my prescriptions, with very little discussion, except for the changes he wanted to make to each. He refused to continue two of my medications, that the previous physician, at this same clinic, had prescribed for me. He was quite condescending towards me about all of this. I walked out and have a new physician at a better clinic now. I almost never write a review on products or services on the Internet, but this was really upsetting. I would recommend against seeing Dr. Lucas Smith.

I have been seeing Dr. Kreiter for a few years. While she is a great general practice doctor, the office staff is less than impressive when it comes to scheduling. While this has been my experience most every time I have called, I was experiencing some very unusual pains in my side, and called the office to schedule an appointment with my doctor. The receptionist/scheduler felt that my request didnt make any sense, and my symptoms were not enough to warrant an appointment, and was very unprofessional. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment with my doctor. At this point, I would rather take my business elsewhere than deal with their front office.

My primary care physician is Dr. Karen Miller, and I could not be happier with the attentive and excellent care she provides. I have found the front desk to be efficient and courteous enough....I have never experienced any rudeness or other unpleasant behavior on the phone as mentioned by other reviewers. I could see that they could be perceived as somewhat businesslike; they do tend to steer clear of chitchat. I personally appreciate this. I do think that the other reviewers who had the negative experience sound like theyre accurately describing what happened, so I hope the bad experiences were related to one person who has since been let go.

We just received a past due bill threatening to be turned over to collections when we never received a first or second bill for a visit 4 months ago. This is after we could never get an appointment with our previous PCP. When my fiance went in for a physical and described how she was getting more active and training for a 5K, Dr. Yang insulted her and said "Anyone can fake a 5K. Do a 10K" then continued to talk over her. Dr. Ng is great though.

I like my healthcare team, but the clinic has had growing pains as they move away from 20th century healthcare practices and go digital. The office staff tries to be helpful but I get the impression that management isnt good, that the overall practice vision is lacking cohesion, and that there isnt good leadership in place. Just called them and got a message that I have to call back later. Poor service, good doctors, long waits.

Below average experiences, both with office staff and doctors. My primary doctor actually asked me if we had ever met during my THIRD yearly physical examination with him! How could he ask such a question if he had even opened up my medical file that he had in his hands?! Not sure if the general attitude of the clinic demonstrates incompetence or just ennui...whatever it is, I do not recommend this clinic

I called to book an appointment there with my doctor and I had to get off that phone. I cannot believe how terrible their service is! it was obvious that the last thing the staff member wanted to do was help me as they either provided me with clipped, contemptuous answers or none at all. I have to recommend to their management to retrain or rehire. For now, I will be taking my business elsewhere
