Never to full If there are lines they move very fast. Thats including the wait time to see a doctor, wait time is very short. I have only had one bad experience with one doctor. Since Ive been going to the Pinole clinic vs Richmond. Plenty of parking also. They really make U feel as though they really care. Live it

I prefer the lab here to the Richmond one, as its not as busy. Lab hours are 8 am to 6 pm weekdays, closed weekends and holidays. The pharmacy had a very long line last week, so Im glad I didnt need to fill a prescription. The Richmond facility has three pharmacies so can handle much higher loads.

careful with your doctor. Half of them dont really seem to care enough to diagnose and will just refer you to someone else. Same with the nurses, some seem to actually know things while many others will make it up without knowing if the information given is true.

Pharmacy IS AWFUL! !!!! I Thought San Francisco, was bad, compared to Pinole, San Francisco looks dreamy! I have a temporary disability, I had to stand so long, my knee Started swelling up, had to go back to the Doctor! !!! Thanks Pinole Pharmacy

Love having an office in Pinole however, the Pharmacy is a nightmare. I dont understand those crazy lines. Why not have a number system like the lab does. If you have trouble standing, getting a prescription is not possible.

Easy access to Freeway and parking. Long wait for pharmacy though. With the commercial establishments being build nearby and soon to open, more good places to check and hang out while waiting for your meds in the pharmacy.

Easy access off the freeway with lots of parking. They seem to frequently run behind schedule with appointments, but Im really happy with my Dr so i just plan on the delay.
