On 5/1/2017 @ 12:27 p.m., I arrived @ U.S. HealthDOESNTworks for a drug test for a Driving job. I told the front office when I first got there that I needed to use the restroom and asked if I could give them the required urine sample at that time. They said no I had to wait until I turned in my paperwork. I completed the numerous forms (in a .2 font and hard to read) and turned it in. Was told I had missed some things and she highlighted what I needed to complete. After 30 minutes of paperwork, its finally complete and I again asked if I could give them the urine sample, because I HAD TO PEE. Again, no. I sat down, waited another 20 min and couldnt hold it any longer.... Another 20 min and they finally called me back. The nurse advised me that they were doing a full physical but needed a urine sample FIRST. I explained what happened, she told me I HAD TO SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 3 HOURS AND WAIT. ***WTF????*** Waste the entire day and make zero dollars all because your staff lacks common sense and common courtesy?? She told me if I left, she would tell my employer that "I refused the test" - I told her "YOU CAN CALL THEM AND LIE, IM GOING TO CALL THEM AND TELL THE TRUTH" - and that, my friends - is how U.S. Healthworks DOES NOT WORK.

Had an 11am appointment for Pre-employment testing. I got there a little early to fill out paperwork and to hand them my paper from my employer which and BIG BOLD Xs on the required test. The gal looks at my paper for a few seconds then asks me, "So, are you hare for a TB test?" I reply, "I believe I need all the test that are marked." She rolls her eyes and asked me, "Are you sure?" At 11:45 I went to the desk to see if it would be much longer and I was told my file is in line. At noon, when everyone before was seen as well as a girl who came in after me was seen, I went to ask again when I would be seen, I was told, "Youre not the only one who had an 11 oclock appointment." I explained that everyone else before me was seen and she said she will see what the hold up is. At 12:10 I was told they have someone calling my future employer to check but she didnt know what they were checking. I dont know how that place stays busy. If I have a choice I will go ANYWHERE else. Rude and unfriendly staff, long wait and appointments are useless..

I went in for a physical exam to renew my DOT medical card. I have to do this once a year instead of every two years even though I have a mild case of sleep apnea that doesnt require a CPAP machine. So, for this visit, I was informed during the exam that I had show either proof that my case was mild or a printout from the CPAP that I actually have and use(but is not required.) (I had provided this proof the year before, but the physicians assistant didnt it add it to my file.). Because I didnt have this proof with me, the physician assistant writes me a medical card that expires in three months instead of one year. So I return THE NEXT DAY with the required information and am told by the admitting desk that they "no longer do extensions" and I would need a brand new physical checkup for another $99.00. This is the day after I just had a $99.00 physical? I will never go there again. Steer clear.

THIS IS A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT I JUST RECENTLY WENT TO THE PUYALLUP LOCATION AND ATTEMPTED TO TAKE THE DRUG SCREEN FOR A JOB. AFTER COMPLETING THE TEST I WAS TOLD THAT I DIDNT URINATE ENOUGH AND THE TEST WAS INVALID. THE CUP THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME WAS A HUGE PLASTIC CUP AND THE LADY WANTED ME TO FILL UP HALF OF IT. I HAD TO FORFEIT THE TEST AND DUE TO HEALTH REASONS I WASNT ABLE TO FORCE WATER DOWN AND WAIT.i HAD TO GO BACK TO THE JOB AND REQUEST ANOTHER DRUG SCREEN TEST. I THEN LATER THAT AFTER NOON WENT TO THE TACOMA LOCATION ,WHEN AT THE TACOMA LOCATION I WAS GIVEN A SMALL CUP. I THEN ASKED WHY WAS I GIVEN DIFFERENT SIZE CUP THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY BECAUSE THE BIG CUPS WERE FREE AND THE SMALL CUPS NEEDED TO BE PAID FOR. I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED.NEEDLESS TO SAY I PASSED THE TEST AT THE TACOMA LOCATION. PUYALLUP IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THEY DESERVE NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS.

I have had an LHI appointment for the Army there twice now. Both times I waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor. My appointment was a 4:30 and I didnt see the doctor until after 6:00pm. The room was just nasty. If you want to put the words "Medical Group" in your name maybe be clean like a "Medical" office should be. There was dust everywhere and the walls looked gross. I was terrified to get my blood drown. Also, my first appointment at U.S. HealthWorks I was 2 weeks late for my menstrual cycle and was schedule for chest x-rays for the Army. The nurse said I was fine there was nothing to worry about. Turns out I was 3 weeks pregnant at the time. These are all things that should not be things a doctors office over looks. Next time I will take my LHI appointments in Shoreline and just deal with the drive.

So I went to U.S. Healthworks in Puyallup Washington. I peed once but the temp strip was wet. She disreguarded my sample and told me i would have to wait and pee again. Im pounding water now so i have to pee, and being patient. My pregnant wife texts me from the car outside asking for help getting out, which is completely justifiable. I am out there for less then 5 seconds right infront of the building where you can clearly monitor any suspicious activity outside. Come back in. Get kicked out for leaving, they are insanely rude to me being disrespectfull when i explained to them my situation. I left afterword to get another piss test paper from my "was job" and then i find out, I am now flagged from employment for over a year, simply for helping the Mother of my child.

I cant even think of the words to begin how to describe this place. Many things needs adjusted. #1 their shelves with client files look like a tornado went through it. They are incredibly unorganized with many stacked on top of each other. #2 I arrived the minute they open and 34 minutes later Im still sitting here waiting. How much time can it possible take to send me back for a physical and an audiogram when Im the third person in line? #3 the employees need to walk with more umph in their steps. They seem to be in absolutely no hurry. I would say the 1.4 star review is pretty accurate. Suggestions for better service: hurry the hell up. I know there are more than 2 employees working and they could easily and quickly be getting people in and out.

Worst experience in a "doctors office" ever!! I had to wait over 3 hours to get in... The supposed "doctor" tells me he thinks I have an ear infection and some sort of skin rash. When it wasnt getting better I went to the Multi-Care clinic in Auburn (which was amazing, btw) to follow-up and their doctor looked at me like I was crazy (when I told her what the US Healthworks Dr. diagnosed me with) and told me I didnt have EITHER of those things. I had SHINGLES!!!!!!! Because of the mis-diagnoses, I was late getting the correct medications and had to suffer through the pain- this also left scars on the side of my neck. US Healthworks is lucky I didnt sue them for mal-practice!!!!
