In October 2016 I went to the EC Shoreline clinic because it was so conveniently located to my house. I had an ongoing issue and need PCP to refer me to a specialist. Dr. Campbell promptly saw me and referred me to Dr. Worden. I was very happy he figured out how to get me in soon after I saw him. Dr. Worden saw me and thought the issue was closer to Dr. Sorianos specialty. I saw Dr. Soriano who prescribed me antibiotics which did not work and he set a follow up several months out. My issue got worse and he could not see me. I got referred to Dr. Truong. While Dr. Truong saw me promptly he struggled to resolve my issue. He excised my problem area twice, once in surgery center (once in office). I also had another specialist conduct another procedure. I had to commute from Seattle to Everett 10 times since October. I still dont have a clear diagnosis and the treatment or go forward plan is very unclear. I am desperate for a conclusion and am disappointed with ECs lack of empathy and urgency with me. It is not reasonable to have had so many visits without progress. I am now getting referred back to Dr. Worden which feels like starting all over again. She also can only see patients months apart. This is not reasonable for a patient in my situation. I asked for a referral for a specialist closer and got one for a specialist in Kirkland. Kirkland is not an improvement for commuting. Let me itemize the issues: * I got punted 3x, due to what I perceive was bandwidth issues in the GS office. Horrible for a patient. No consistency to resolve the issue. * There has been no accurate diagnosis or treatment which solved my problem for 6+ months. Also, horrible patient experience. * I have had to commute to Everett GS taking time off work in Seattle 10x. This is not reasonable. * Doctors are not listening to my feedback. Referring bad options outside of network. * I have had to sustain managing an open wound for 6+ months which has greatly impacted my life and common things like exercising. I do not feel the doctors Ive seen in GS have appreciated that fact. This was exhausting to write and likely to read; unfortunately this has been my life. Horrible, shouldve pursued help through UW.

I wish I could give the Advanced Imagery Center at the Gunderson building a 0 star! I had an ultrasound scheduled for 8:20 today. I arrived at 8:05 to check in. After an hour of seeing people arrive and get called to be seen, I got up to ask the receptionist how long the wait was and when I would be called in. She told me that they had probably already called me, I told her that she was incorrect and that I had been waiting for an hour and no one had called my name. She then told me that I wouldnt be seen for a while that they had to fit me in after all of their scheduled appointments. I showed her my paper that had my scheduled time but she didnt want to look at it. I called the doctors office which had made the appointment for me and they said that it showed that I arrived late to the appointment at 8:53am. So that only proved that the receptionist forgot to check me in when I arrived and that is why I was never called. Rather than taking responsibility and owning their mistake, I was told by the nurse and receptionist at the gunderson building that the other clinic had misinformed me about the process and that on top of that I had arrived late. The receptionist new very well that I had arrived early but she didnt say a word and just hid herself behind a wall! I was being told I was to blame and they didnt take any responsibility for anything. The receptionist, I think her name was Alena, made my already stressful day into an even horrible day!! I went to the Emergency Room instead because I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen immediately. Someone should coach these women on how to greet their patients and overall how to be kind, caring and courteous. I will never be going back to this place ever again!

The entire experience at the Everett Clinic Gundersun Building was terrible even fraudulent feeling. My last visit there was kind of a conclusion visit where I would find my diagnosis and wrap up the mystery. My girlfriend and I sat in the Dr room (not the waiting room) for 45 min before Dr Paul A. Abson showed up. (Apparently he wasnt even in the building when we were brought in) Finally the Dr came in the room not even apologising for being almost an hour late. He then told me they "think" it was "this" but not sure so they gave me a referral to a UW Dr. After he was done he asked if I had any questions. I asked if I was going to pay for this trip ($300 for a 45 min wait 2 min w/Dr) which he tried to dismiss immediately but I dont settle for that so I pushed it further with excellent reason which led to him blowing up, we yelling at eachother only for him to storm out of the room saying "FINE DONT PAY!". Now I spent $3000+ at Everett Clinic because I thought I was going to find a diagnosis not a run - around for cash. I could go into infinite detail about the two weeks in and out of there but I think the above visit sums it up. Again my Dr was Dr Paul A. Abson of the ENT.

I will not be returning to this or any other Everett Clinic in the near future. It seems that this franchise is more intent on continuing the current issues in the American medical practice with unnecessary treatments for hospital/ doctor profits than treating the patient. I was subjected to x-rays for profit to the hospital for no reason, I was referred to a foot doctor for plantar fasciitis. the doctor should not have ordered x-rays, especially before seeing me since, X-rays arent helpful in diagnosing plantar fasciitis, because they do not show ligaments clearly. a follow up visit was then scheduled which was at no benefit, other than to this hospital and the doctors bank account since the hardware to adjust the problem was not going to be ready in time, however I was not made aware by the doctor or staff that I should have the hardware and have been using it for some time before returning for follow up visits.

Had to wait over a month to get an appointment for physical therapy and then on the day of my appointment I searched an hour for parking but there was none within a five block radius. The parking garage had chunks of perfectly good spaces that were roped off with caution tape for no visible reason limiting parking even more in an area that already has a parking problem. Its ridiculous to show up an hour early for an appointment and have to call five minutes before and tell them that you physically cant get to them due to parking. And I know Ill be charged for my missed appointment which was missed due to no fault of mine. I cancelled all my future appointments and am switching to another group altogether.

I visit my main doctor at the Everett clinic and he is good. Recently I was referred to the orthopedic and sports med department and I will never go back. Horrible service. Very disappointed in the way they treated me and the way they handled me as a customer. I work customer service so Im always trying to be flexible with people that do the same but there is not excuse for the horrible service I got here. Will never return.
