Weve been patients there since our oldest was born, 14 years ago, and I wouldnt trust my children to anyone else. Dr. Jeanne is amazing, knows our children and their histories (some quite long and complicated!) like the back of her hand. The whole team is incredibly good at making your sure your children are given the best care and treatment. The doctors work together beautifully if you have to see someone other than your regular pediatrician. (Theyre all top of the line!) The office staff is amazing. The admin/billing/insurance team, too, incredibly helpful. The advice nurses really know their stuff! The nurses do a great job making the children comfortable and happy, even when there are shots to be given. Honestly, we think of them as family. For children with complicated medical issues, theres no one better! Id give them 10 stars if I could.

I was referred here to this practice and have not been too happy. When you come for an appt you may have to wait as is usual for Dr offices, but if YOU are a little late , and YOU CALL TO LET THEM KNOW, it doesnt matter...you can not see the doctor. You are asked to re-schedule which may be a week out or several weeks out. I have 2 small kids and making it to this one appt on time was rough. The office staff is not friendly, or helpful and somewhat zombie-like. Our dr, Dr Chow, is quite good at his job but it would be great if he found a different practice to be part of. They do not have same day appts, only drop-in hours that may have you waiting for a long time.

Dr. Soong is great. Ive been going to ABC since I was younger and will be turning 20 this year. It has always been a pleasant experience. Hopefully theyll still be around once I have my own kids! Thanks again to everyone in the office as well as the other doctors for all of their help.

i made an appointment for physical exam of my kid and I was late for little bit. the staff told me to reschedule several months later and charge me $50 for missing the appointment. I havent never heard a fee for missing the appointment from all my doctors. I think it is ridiculous

Dr. Soong is a gift to our community! She has been amazing with all three of my younger children and into their teens they absolutely enjoy and trust her - so do I!!!
