We have been members for nearly a year and Ive sent numerous friends and family to the Redwood City One Medical office. They have always been as pleased as we are and today my mother-in-law summed it up, "They make the patient important again!" And its true. Being able to contact our physician through the app, by email, text, or phone is an amazing lifeline. We always get timely responses and can schedule appointments, etc in minutes.
