Place was super cool. Price for rec is beyond fare. For new patients $55 and renewals $45. I was a returning patient from another doctor. In the past at other medical recommendation offices I had to sign up as a new patient because I had not previously use them for my last rec .But the girl at the front said no problem and gave it to me at the renewal price and then she noticed that I only had $40, so she ended up giving it to me at that price so I didnt have to pull out money at the ATM. Not saying that will happen to everyone who goes in there but I had a great experience at this office and would for sure recommend it for someone in the bay area looking for their medical cannabis card

Short review: Better off going elsewhere, wont be returning. Website said $70 and they tried to rip me off for more. When I told her the website said $70 she said that she would "cut me a deal and charge me $70". After that tried to charge me another $20 for a card. Besides that I half ass filled out 7 pages of random questions that when I turned it in she glanced over and the shredded after I left. Kinda odd but not my business. Lastly, unless the lady at the counter is a doctor I never actually saw a doctor. Again kinda odd but not really my concern, I got what I came for.

The Price Is Good but what made me upset was the service of one of the receptionist. Although she seemed like she knew what she was doing She didnt convinced me. One of the reasons being that when she filled out my recommendation she made a mistake and wrote down an extra number on it ...I found this out later that night when I went into a cannabis club. Its probably because she was so busy eating gummy worms and laughing with her co worker. The wait was also extremely long...

Ive sent a few patients down here who needed there rec and found them to be easy to get in to see last minute no prob no appointment needed walk in place that is the cheapest priced in the east bay. 55 for rec and 15 for card. Would be 5 star if they didnt push the card and offered a price camparison offer at least certain days. SF has a $39 deal spot.

Staff is absolutely amazing. They arent here to add $10 to this & an extra $25 to that. Prices are very reasonable, becoming a new patient or just simply renewing is super easy and you feel very comfortable. Definitely didnt get paid to add this review, I will for sure be back. Thank you ladies at the front (very knowledgeable) and thank you Doctor.

The staff is completely useless... they tell you one price over the phone but when you come in its 2x more!! luckily i found a spot in hayward called cali 420 rx. Thank god for them i got in and out in 20 mins no issues at all. plus it was only $50!

Pretty sketchy setup. Receptionist never took off her sunglasses. Video doctor was in sweats. Pricing based on a 6 or 12 month card... Really? Never had a doctor charge me based on what prescriptions they were going to write.
