This "ambulatory center", is really part of the Inova Loudoun Hospital, but they decided to change their name to make extra charges for their services. Unfortunately I found this the hard way. I had a simple cancer screening procedure that lasted less than 30 minutes. A few weeks later I received 6 different bills for more than 10,000 dollars. They also charged this procedure as a medical emergency instead of a screening, and for this reason I had to pay thousands of dollars out of my pocket, even with insurance. I have never seen this level of dishonesty and lack of ethics in the US.

What a great experience from reception all the way through recovery. The staff is great and the nurses in particular are fantastic! They really make it easy and go the extra mile to make you fell at ease and that you are in good hands. Inova should be proud of that staff and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs outpatient surgery.

Went in for a procedure, however my garments were seeming untucked from unnecessary places possibly indicating incidental exposure. The facility representative had even failed to return my call for reasonable accommodations prior to my procedure. I say avoid this facility!

Good until the point where they only let my wife back after my toddler son came out of surgery. Why they wouldnt allow the father back is beyond stupid.
