I would advise any person who can afford to go to another lab to do so. The personnel working at this location have provided the worst service I have ever witnessed. They are understaffed,the wait time is 2 hours which would imply that the persons responsible for managing the location are completely incompetent. One of the nurses working there was very unkind, she did not call persons names clearly nor waited for elderly to react. It was difficult to watch since the elderly were so nicely waiting there without complaining. After an hour wait, one pregnant woman complained about the wait time and the nurse was very unapologetic and claimed that it was the womans fault was not coming in the morning. The proper way to address a client would be to apologize but the personnel working there really do not care for any of their patients. After we waited 2 hours, we were next to be called however the nurse skipped us, we think by accident. We kindly approached her saying that she did not call our name thereafter she accused us of lying. We again waited to be called but were then skipped over INTENTIONALLY by the same nurse. We had to leave after that action and complain to our doctor should referred us. We advised our doctor to not use this Lab Corp location again.

Made an appointment for 1:45. Showed up early to complete paperwork (1:37). It is now 2:40 and I havent been called yet. Why cant medical practices figure put simple scheduling?

Tried to get lab work done 12/26 - no message on the machine that they were or would b closed - no one picked up when we called - tried 800 # - useless!!
