I have been to this place 3 times in the past 3 years, and had no issues. However, this time around couldn’t believe my eyes. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and looked unprofessional. Looking at one of them, I don’t think she washed her hair in years. For starter, they ignored me when I said hello. Then I had to watch them make fun and ridicule an elderly Hispanic couple. Next it was my turn, if you can call it that. One of them got a kick out of making fun of my name. Ironically it was the one that spoke English with a heavy accent. Around that time the other one, the one with unique hair hygiene habits, said something to the effect that she is going to take someone’s blood. I couldn’t picture her touching me, let alone taking my blood, so I just got up, crossed my name out and left. Partly because I was afraid that my otherwise normal blood pressure will be off the chart. A totally disgusting experience.

I came in today for a routine drug screen for school admissions. The lady,Brenda Freeman, couldnt take my meds list- (was on painkillers for back pain) which I understand now is corporate policy, so thats okay. She told me to call my school and submit my meds to them, so I did, and I was told that Quest Diagnostics has a reviewer that will call me if anything comes up positive, so that I can submit my prescription. My school was puzzled at why Quest Diagnostics told me to do this... At any rate, other than the lack of knowledge, their customer service leads much to be desired. Brenda got short with me when I explained my dilemma of needing to give someone my meds list, and didnt explain everything to me like I said. The lady in the cubicle next door loudly played music while I was being helped. Brenda acted like she was not happy to be there. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I was shamed due to the fact that I have severe panic attacks due to needles. I came in around 2pm for a Glucose test as well as other labs and normally I have to wait an hour after drinking the solution. They close at 4pm but they obviously didnt want to wait an hour so they claimed it was a random glucose. Anyway I brought lidocaine cream to numb the area (takes about an hour to work so I didnt apply it at home because it would have worn off by the time they were to take blood) and they were just really impatient. One tech compared me to a baby and the other didnt want to draw my blood. They also never did my glucose test (they claimed the doc hadnt ordered it when Im sure I saw it on the paper). I also have two witnesses to this treatment. They also almost lost my insurance card. Never going back. Worst experience by far.

I came for my blood test. Signed my name on the sheet. Three people were after me were called in first. Those three people just walked in without an appointment like my case. The worst part is the staff highlighted those names after my name to indicate the turn. When I asked why I was not called in when I signed in before these three people, all they said was "Sorry, we skipped you." I had blood test done in Nov, Dec 2016, up to this point, still dont get the result yet. Called the office, phone was neither picked up nor be able to leave message because mailbox is full. Staffs are not customer orientated and not friendly. Customer service needs major improvement.

I have been sitting here for over an hour with a room full of other frustrated people. Not sure why my doctor switched to Quest Diagnostics but this location is unacceptable. My blood orders are generally for lab crop, never have I had to wait this long. Its no sense of urgency or compassion for wasting others time. Why are all these bad reviews not taken seriously? Where are the supervisors? A lot of people are fasting but I guess you have have zero feelings about that. This place should be shutdown at its current operational practices!

Arrived fasting at 7:40am to a full waiting room. The technician from back office yelled "its going to be more than an hour Im the only one here, just sign your name if you are going to stay." I asked if I could show her my orders and she said I had to wait my turn. I waited until 9:30am and when I was called back the phlebotomist said my blood cortisol needed to be drawn at 8am and I should have let her know. I felt the staff were very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional front desk staff. I brought my daughter here on 16JUL16 at 0945 for a drug test for employment. The two front desk staff were rude from the beginning. As we sat there, they talked about other patients that were in earlier so everyone in the waiting room could hear. They dismissed questions from other customers in the waiting room. Very unprofessional from the start. Avoid this location at all costs.

terrible, they dont call you in 48 hours to let you know your diagnostics matter fact they dont call you at all plus they dont ever answer the phone i am sick and tired of this place i have to go out of my way in a busy work week just to drive out there to find out whats going on and all you hear is the phone ringing and people walkin by like its a sound that dosent alert the human ear is ridiculous.

I have been going to this office for lab tests for over 20 years and have never had any problems. Sometimes they are busy but they have always been professional. The phlebotomists are well-trained and very experienced. Not one of them has ever had to stick me more than once. I have never had any reason to question their test results.

Riduculously unprofessional. Having phone conversations on speaker while many people wait in the office. I have no idea if I can trust my results from this place. Go somewhere else - its probably worth the extra cost from your insurance. Dont know why I made an appointment. Its not like they were even close to keeping it.

They are very unprofessional. And the recipients refused to take my urinalysis sample for a multitude of reason that she said. I believe that she was being discriminatory, based on fact that I have a family member that encounter the same treatment and the results were the same

Front desk staff need some more customer service orientation. Remind yourself that you are just there for a fraction of your time so they are not worth getting upset over. Highly disappointed by such a large company.

We are in line at 7.17 am at your germantown location and there is no one here to open the doors for customers and your business hours are from 7 am to 11am???? Where is the accountability here???
