My daughter (9 yo) had to get some blood work done and she was very scared (they already tried to get the blood at the Dr office, the medical assistant and the Dr herself and they had no luck after multiple attempts). We arrived at Quest at 1 pm. No appointment but we did not have to wait. Vivian directed us to the room and made her feel comfortable and got the samples seamlessly. My daughter left the place saying that she wanted to come back the next day again O_O

They are short staffed. I came here to do an employment screening test (drug test), the office is very small, there is not enough space for clients to sit. The wait time has been 1.5 hours so far and I have still 8 people a head of me!!! That is insane!!!
