I had to take my 1 year old for a blood drawing. We had a 9:30 am appointment online so that we could be done fast without any fussiness from her. We waited for about 45 minutes and then when my daughter was getting cranky I went up to check. apparently everyone was waiting for over an hour since they were checking in people without appointments. They were checking in people based on how they signed up when they entered. Some of us said whats the point in making an appointment. The lady then tells me your baby is crying please leave, I cannot do my work. I told her had you taken us when we had our appointment we would not have this situation. Finally other patients made a big deal telling the lady she could not make me wait for so long with a baby and not expect her to wail. That is the only reason why I was finally checked in. I will never go there again. Update:- Now they have not given the test results to the Drs office claiming I never signed in..... This is BS.... they are going down.

Avoid at all costs! Incompetent time wasters. So incompetent they called and said I had to come back so they could draw more blood a day later, costing me more hours of missed work. Requested lab results twice online, never got them. No customer service number to call. Came at 11:30am in person to try to get my results manually two weeks later, and this location was closed, with clearly posted hours saying theyre open til noon on Saturdays. Still dont have results because of this! Im going to Labcorp from here on for everything, despite the fact its an additional half hour out of my way, Quest is that bad.

This place is not marked properly in Google maps and once u find the building u will have no clue where to go. No direction boards or no signs in the building and you should walk, explore and end up finding it in some dark corner. After all this if u are Late by 5 mins even after informing them on phone. You will be made to sit for next one hour with out anyone explaining whats really happening. And no one cares to be in the reception to answer your question.

Indian Staff are unable to perform simple functions even when presented with clear, unambiguous information (e.g. give them your ID and theyll say they cannot find you name while looking at your ID, make an appointment and show a printout of the appointment and theyll say you dont have an appointment, give them a photocopy of your insurance and theyll say you didnt give then insurance information). This place needs to be restaffed.

All Quest Diagnostics clinics are horrible! To save money they have the staff that draws your blood check you in too! Appointment or not be prepared to wait 30 min to an hour. There is no consideration if you are sick or old. These are insensitive, rude and unprepared staff that is clearly bitter and pass it on to their clients.

I went to get blood drawn today and was asked for my credit card. I said Id wait to be billed by my insurance. He tells me we will need it "in case" there is a charge. No Thanks! Ill wait to see a bill.. Sketchy business practice asking for payment with no charge.

Friendly service and fast just now - and most importantly for us, they were GREAT w the blood draw w my terrified and crying six year old son. Kudos to the everyone on duty this morning for impressive child whispering skills.
