Horrible!! Do NOT go here. First of all, the wait was extremly long and and the front desk was less than helpful. The person performing the tests had NO idea what she was doing, she was very rude(she just YANKED my arm out to do the test) and couldnt even understand english (I told her that Id rather get the test done on my left hand). And she didnt even do the test right, she tried to get blood from my right hand and nothing was coming out so she decides to move the needle WHILE it was in my arm and let me tell you, IT HURTS and I doubt she didnt know that!! The blood she did manage to get was WASTED becasue it wasnt enough. Overall, if youre planning to go here, youre making the worst mistake of your life.

I had blood taken from here and the results never showed up at my doctors office. Either they never tested my blood or lost/incorrectly input my information. My doctor called several times and tried to find the results using every variation of my name they could think of (thinking maybe they just entered my name incorrectly), but still couldnt find it. Thanks Quest for making me give blood for nothing!

As my 12 year old almost fainted from having her blood drawn, the nurse was completely disinterested and just continued about her work ignoring my daughter who was turning pale and about to pass out. Luckily another worker came in to assist. Was not impressed at all. Place is dirty with urine cups sitting on the counter in the blood draw room. Was shocked.

The most inefficient lab Ive ever been to. This was my second and most definitely the last time I ever go to any Quest. Their employees were rude and incompetent. Most of patients were complaining and I left after 50 minutes.

I use this facility because it is the closet to my home. But I always leave insulted by their rude behavior. The results have arrived at my Doctors office on time however. Find another facility if you can .

Despite some earlier bad experiences, the last time I went, just recently, they were very polite, friendly and, even though I was late for my appointment to draw blood, the wait was only 5 minutes.

Everything went without a hitch - the facility opened on time, it was well organized and clean, and the staff was calm and professional. What more could you want from a medical lab?
