Prior to choosing a lab did a Google search for Quest, LabCorp, and Fairfax Medical and was discouraged that all the locations had horrible reviews. I chose this one because of the one positive review and the fact that the negative review had to do with billing rather than service. I was pleased with the results. I had to call a couple times, the same person answered on the first ring both times, communicated well, guessed who I was when I arrived, and took care of me immediately. The other people in the office seemed equally friendly. Maybe Id rate it 4 stars but my expectations were so low I went with a 5.

The most horrible medical experience I could have and that was not an accident it was coming from the system the work with and the people who manage it ( I spent month to realize this). Wait, thats not it. the most expensive blood work ever and then no payment plan for low-income people!!! Avoid this place for your peace of mind.

I went to this location to drew blood put they dont because i am waiting more a half hour until last minutes and ask me, do you have order from your doctor I said no so they dont accept me to do it because the staff the dont need want to do jop ask Who will drop off the blood on the fed-ex!!!!!

I waited for over one hour to get some blood tests so I left. There was an old lady who waited over 45 min holding a specimen and no one could help her either. A younger women stood up to talk to the manager and they immediately received her inside. What an awful place!

I chose this location because it had better reviews than other locations in the area. I scheduled an appt at 10am on a Thurs and didnt have to wait at all once I got there. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Boom.

A wonderful experience. Very happy to find a lab that treats you properly and professionally. After hearing all the bad experiences at other labs, was ready to recieve the worst, but couldnt have been more pleased.
