Long wait. 55 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. TV in waiting area has bad reception and keeps cutting in and out. Im forced to come here even though I would not choose this laboratory because of recent personal information security breaches. Dirty and unorganized. Garbage in the hallway. Staff unfriendly and unapologetic for long wait.

I made an appointment the day before I wanted to go in and found a time slot that was good for me. I showed up 10 minutes early and was called back even a few minutes before my 11:15 appointment. The staff lady that took my blood was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will continue coming here!

I put my two-week resignation in the same day they came in and told me that my resignation starts immediately I am one of the best phlebotomist they ever had and will ever have!!!!! This company dont care about you only about the money!!!!!

Staff was helpful as possible, but the waiting time was unreal. I waited so long that my examination orders expired before I had a chance to check in for it. Make an appointment, but youll still be waiting up to half an hour.
