I called Quest center in Westminster to make an appointment after i got the number that was listed on google under the Westminster location. A women picked up and told me that she could not make my appointment. I asked her if this was the Quest office in Westminster and she replied yes but that they did not make appointments at the actual doctors office? She then told me i would need to call a 1-800 number to make my appointment. So i called the number and got a automated message service and had to follow several instructions just to make an appointment. Talk about making things complicated and in personal? The women i spoke with to begin with could have made my appointment in 2 minutes.Does this system make any sense to any one else? I have since decided to go to another company to get my blood work done. So Quest has lost a paying customer all because they refuse to offer the very minimum amount of customer service required. Way to go corporate America!!!!

While I was there, 2 WHINERS ahead of me complained about everything that had nothing to do with the facility. Tell your Dr youre not going to get the tests, dont blame the people who do them. The place was very clean, the staff was nice and the sign in machine was quick and simple, unlike previous reviews, My appt was 9 am, I was in my car @ 906. I would suggest an appt, makes it easier if they are busy.

Although there isnt an associate at the front desk, there is a check-in terminal that is very user friendly. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I was in and out in 25 minutes as a walk-in on a Saturday. I find this very reasonable given the amount of people. The website does advise going after 10 am for walk-ins. I didnt feel the needle at all.

Dont bother if you dont make an appointment. In the waiting room they have a screen that shows the order in which youll be seen and generally how long your wait will be. Over a course of 3 and a half hours Ive been 5th with 11min to 2nd with 4min back down to 8th with 18min. At least Sisyphus didnt have to wait for blood work at Quest.

This place was so dirty. And there were vials of blood just sitting around in the room. Plus when you get there you are supposed to check in electronically which was fine for me but I watched so many old people struggle to figure it out. (I helped each eventually) but there was no staff available to help.

I got drug tested as a final part of a job application. But the the job I applied to never got any results and Ill have to apply to somewhere else because of an incomplete application. Hopefully my next job doesnt use Quest Diagnostics...

Horrible place. Dirty and dark. Fifteen people waiting with 2 techs. No one greets you only a computer. You should be ashamed. LabCorp. Is right next door. Ill try them next visit.
