For businesses and professionals, stay far away from this place. They are highly inaccurate and the furthest thing from professional. For months now they have been reporting out patient results without performing required quality control procedures or equipment maintenance. When I entered the lab, the entire thing was only run by one pathologist without any other employees, which made the work load very stressful. In order to help function the lab properly, I mentioned all of the machines that needed maintenance and all of the expired reagents that needed replaced because they were being used for some reason. I was simply told that "It didnt matter and that it would be fine to use them." When I argued the proper use of these, they reprimanded me for disobeying orders, which is interesting considering that I was told by the pathologist that she was not well versed in microbiology, yet refused to listen on how to perform tasks accurately. I was promised a job here for a month and a half. I worked here for four days before I was fired from someone I never saw before for "lack of quality in work" who "claimed to be watching my work." If anything I was only doing my best to inform them of their improper procedures and practices.

I always request that my doctor sends my lab orders here. The people are nice, they provide the lab results quickly, it is easy to reach someone if I have questions, and Ive never had to wait in a long line to get blood drawn. I also like the idea of supporting a locally owned business. Would highly recommend Perll Diagnostics.

Perll Diagnostics is now my #1 lab when I need blood tests. No lines, very personal and friendly service, and my tests were much cheaper than Quest Diagnostics quoted me. Did I mention it was also very, very clean? As long as Im living near Mechanicsburg, Ill be a repeat customer at Perll. Thanks!

BEWARE, They are running test that they do not have a CLIA certificate to run. They do not take any pride in their work. They do not report in a timely manner when patients health may be at risk. They are committing FRAUD in many areas, including Medicare.
