Be very careful what information you give this office. I was instructed that they could not perform any blood work without first getting my credit card. (The companys customer service has since told me this was completely WRONG on their part!) Then I was absolutely assured that I would receive a bill before my account was charged. WRONG, again. And, of course, no one at this office has the wherewithal to be able to do anything about the fact that I was inexplicably charged without ever having received a billing statement from them. Im not confident that they even contact my insurance company! Also, I was more than a little peeved that the receptionist took her sweet time ending an obviously personal (and not business-related) phone call to help me when I got there. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Seriously, it will be worth your time to drive halfway across the city to another office.

The nearest non-hospital Lab Corp location to downtown, the wait times at this location are usually considerably less than the hospital locations (usually, there is no wait). They were very matter of fact when drawing blood from my toddler and were prepared for a struggle without giving any indication to her that she should struggle. Basically, everything about their behavior said "this is boringly normal" so my toddler just sat there and let them draw blood without so much as a squirm. I really appreciate that.

I had to get bloodwork done quickly and the Forest Ave LabCorp made it stress free! I waited less than 10 minutes on a Saturday morning and the entire process was smooth and organized. The woman who took my blood, Lynette, was amazing! She is very personable and gave me a lot of motivation while talking about my future travels. Getting up early to do blood work is never fun, but this was actually a great way to start my morning! Very friendly office.

Drs office had confirmation of paperwork faxed previous day, they didnt have it, so I stood at the window and called to have it sent again and the very rude unfriendly staff (Michelle) wouldnt turn around and look at the fax machine sitting next to her to confirm they received it knowing the doctors office was staying on the phone until they in fact did get it. Ive never dealt with such rude people, I would NEVER return here.

Hit or miss with the staff here, with some being very kind and others incredibly rude. Wait times can be incredible.
