Imagine the worst service you ever had anywhere and then make it a little worse, and you get this place. Attendant was rude and aggressive from the first interaction to the last, incompetent and unlikeable. Scheduled an appointment and was seen thirty minutes late, was told to contact my doctor for a form they didnt need, and told my insurance was cancelled (called in immediately, and it is still active). Left promptly, never coming back.

Arrived promptly at 12:00pm. Its 12:20 and no one has showed their face. Theres one more patient waiting. I asked him if someone had acknowledged him. He said they said itll be a moment and hes been here longer than I have. You can hear them talking, but no one has been up here to take care of any of us. Just now, an employee finally showed up and shes very unprofessional.

Theres a half dozen employees. They take 1 person at a time. Each person requires 15 minutes. I was first at the lab but had to pull up information on my phone. The receptionist crossed my name out and 5 more people entered. I had to join the end of the queue. Not very friendly
