Rama Diallo is the worst employee here. Today was my first time going to this lab because I was send here for a drug test for a job. The way she treated me, talked to me was very rude I had no other words to explain, and I told her, she was being rude, so when I left, I had to go back because I needed a receipt, and ask her for it, so she came back with the receipt mark it with a black marker in the "remarks" section, I took a look to see what she marked, and I could see what she wrote, saying that I was a rude patient with an attitude, so thats why I am leaving this review, she wrote there what I told her, she was VERY RUDE, THE WORST, I work with customer all day for a long time, more than 10 years, and let me tell you, RAMA DIALLO is not a people person, its the worst for this type of work. I am planning to call the supervisor on her, because she is writing notes on patients papers talking about herself. Right now I dont even know about my results, I dont trust her, she was so mean that she seems capable of the worst. Leaving that comment on my receipt and then mark it with that black marker so I could not see what she wrote, but I did see it. My advised, dont let this person take care of you, because she does not care at all.

I have been going to this location to get monthly blood work done for the medication that I am on so I have been there quite a few times. In my experience, the staff has always been kind but it is very slow. I have waited in the waiting room for hours without any acknowledgement. The last time I went, there was only one lady working there doing the job of at least three people. She was doing well but it took a long time and there were about seven people getting angry in the waiting room. They need to have more than one person there. They accept walk-ins, but because of the wait, I absolutely recommend making an appointment. If you can, make it a month ahead of time because their appointments get booked fast.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT GO HERE This place is an absolute JOKE! save yourself from some of the worst customer service, faulty equipment, and also terrible management. Donna Blair (Patient Services Supervisor .... who isnt even there) is an absolute waste of time to speak to and so unprofessional. If you ever get a chance read some of the BBB reviews ... along with these google reviews. They are miserable. Some kind of joint Commission really needs to check this place out, also if you go to the BBB with an issue the company NEVER replies. Go to a more professional establishment like a LabCorp. this place is sad.

Horrible experience! So i take my first and "oh the strip isnt reading a temperature, have a seat in the lounge and drink water till you have to go again" what!?!? So I wait over an hour and go to have a cigarette as I did WITH an EMPLOYEE earlier, and as Im walking back in they tell me they called my employer and my test is voided!! Needless to say I lost my job smoking a cigarette just a I did earlier with no problem!! Oh and remember, I TOOK A TEST ALREADY!!! Your process is messed up and immoral!!!
