To avoid what other reviewers are calling "rude and unfriendly", I would suggest making an appointment. They are not required but they do get priority and rightly so. I did not have an appointment today but had to get the blood work done ASAP. I knew there would be a wait (1 1/2 hours). Everyone in the waiting room was complaining but it was not the fault of the nurse. Those few that had an appointment were taken on time but those of us that were walk-ins had to wait.....only fair. I would give Nurse Bharti 5 stars.

Reception not friendly. When I called ahead I was told I did not need an appointment yet patients with appointments were taken before walk ins so I had to sit waiting for an hour.
