I went here on a Saturday. I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened. There was a line of about 25 in front of me and I thought this experience was going to suck, well, it did not suck. I had no appointment and I was in and out within an hour. The staff were all nice and patient, considering the stress they must be under to process that many people without appointments. The phlebotomist was skilled and pleasurable to interact with, she found the vein quickly. The front desk lady is amazing. She is at least bilingual and was working two computers at a time, will intaking 2 people at a time and directing folks to sign in at the front window. I am very pleased with the experience considering I knew the lines would be long on a Saturday and that I had no appointment. If you have an appointment you are prioritized above those who wait. I do recommend getting an appointment as they were in and out in 5 minutes. However, if you don’t have an appointment, I believe the wait is very reasonable since they have a great staff to keep the line moving.

Jennifer L. was faced with a very impatient guy. He had no apointment and was aggrivated that his drug test would take longer to do. She handled him very professionally. I am sure he intends to complain about her but She handles him very well.
