I am disgusted with the services I have received both times I have gone. Let me explain my first complaint, One day I had gone to this urgent care to check up on a few problems I was having at the time and one of them was an ear issue. At the time I had lost my hearing in my left ear and was unable to hear anything and the doctor *Doug* was my provider unfortunately, I left that Urgent Care not knowing that my ear drum was busted and their was a huge hole in my ear. The proof comes from going to my family doctor that was able to check out my ear and explained all the correct issues that were presumed at that time. (Past visit ^. ) (Most recent visit V) Second complaint, after leaving my family doctor again, I went to this Next Care for a chest X-Ray and was immediately told, Oh. No way are we going to give you an X-ray, look at the time. Its 8. Little did we know this doctor was in a hurry to leave work instead of treat a patient with a life threatening serious health matter. *Please be advised before visiting that youre not meant anything to this doctor. Youre just another number, another patient, more money. How depressing. I am entirely upset too experience first hand what it looks like to go in a health care place and deal with "car sales men" is what it seems like. All that matters is they charge you $80 for a twenty minute visit being told, no. I will not give provide you with any X-ray, for a reason that is even SCARIER. This doctor Doug admitted that his X-ray machine is old and produces a lot of radiation due to the age of it and does not want anyone to be getting X-rays unless it is life threatening. Also, as we were cashing out with the clerk Doug had continued interrupting her asking where his patients were. As he watched her cashing us out for the visit, and told her to hurry up and get them back. This guy is in the wrong industry and disgusts me to see him working in a place that is supposed to be trusted! I am disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. The front desk clerk tonight was absolutely wonderful, she showed what any owner of any company would want, integrity and made sure that even though we were filled with complaints that we knew someone was listening and directed us to where we needed to report our complaints and stood behind the company name by not trashing any co workers names. If I could steal this lady and take her to my company Id do it in a heart beat!

This place is pretty much what everyone on here has said. Giving them one star isnt even what I want. Id rather give them no stars. I went in today 11/7/15 because I get bronchitis every year at this time. And have been trying to battle it for over a week. I am supposed to see my doctor Wednesday but felt so miserable, I thought Id get a zpack and get the ball rolling. I checked in and got into triage pretty quickly. I told the nurse all my symptoms and what it was feeling like. I said since my system is weak, I didnt want it to end up becoming pneumonia (which has happened in the past). I get to my room and not even a minute goes by before the doctor walks in wearing a face mask. And without listening to my lungs or checking me out, he tells me Im too big to lay on his table for an x-ray. And thinks its pneumonia. So he tells me that I need to just go to the emergency room instead. Ive had plenty of chest x-rays in my life, Ive never had to lay down for one. Especially to check for possible pneumonia. And to not even listen to my lungs? That place is a joke. Usually I heed peoples warnings on these things. But it was the closest place to me and I felt like crap. Next time I get sick, Ill drive well out of my way next time for service that i know Ill get somewhere else. My warning to anyone else is to do the same thing. Save yourself the headache and go to a real doctor.

I will give one star only because they were open on Fourth of July!!! This place doesnt deserve any stars. It needs to be audited by an agent from the American Board Of Medicine. No one from nurse to PA to NP introduces themselves with a name nor title. Their attitude makes you feel sorry that you have bothered them, their compassion and listening skills makes you feel like they dont care. After I was given a shot and waited about 10 min (and I think after these ten minutes they should check your VITALS and make sure you are ok with the given medicine), the nurse came in and said I am ready to go without asking how I feel. Sure enough right after I left and started driving back home I felt really sick and had to pull over. Obviously I had some kind of reaction to the medicine. Called them right away and of course the call center couldnt get in touch with them or put me trough so I can explain how I feel. I asked for their direct number so I can continue trying to call and I was told that they cant give me that info. After half an hour I actually got trough and they said with what it felt no concern what so ever to go to ER. Not that I dont appreciate PAs or NPs but when you call and ask if there is a doctor in, they should advise you that they only have PA or NP. Thank you!!!

I checked in online and still had a walk in go ahead of me which was frustrating. I have been here a few times but its a hit or miss. My last visit was a hit this one is a miss. The Pac Kareem Anderson does not have a good attitude. I get from her her sh!# doesnt stink and she doesnt bet paid enough so she gives bare minimum care. I am here for almost exact symptoms as I was last visit except this time I feel worse and all she could recommend is a breathing treatment which I have at home and a possible x ray. Ok what about a longer time solution? Until I can see my PvP? Or even look at my chart and see my history and maybe youd have a better idea of how to handle the issues Ive came in with. Instead like I said..she has a bare minimum attitude and since its second time of dealing with this I had to say something. The male nurse that checked me in was nice and polite. On a better note..

Disappointing! My husband and I went into urgent care here, because our primary care didnt have any appointments and we were miserable. They staff is friendly, and they got us in quickly, but the NP there didnt even do an exam. They did a strep test and tested for flu. Flu came back positive, gave us some prescriptions and sent us home. I am improving, but my husband is not. His lymph-nodes are super swollen, and were when we went in, but the NP wouldnt know because she didnt do an exam on either one of us. He is now in a huge amount of pain, and when we called back to see if they could call in something to help their answer was to come back in for another visit, which means another $40. No thank you. you didnt even do the exam in the first place, and you want us to pay for another one. Will be finding somewhere else to go from now on.
