I went to Dr. Tan Tran’s office for the annual check. A week later, I received a call for Dr. Tran office and Hoang (an assistant) asked me to schedule another appointment because the result wasn’t normal. I went back there again to meet Dr. Madison Myers. She told me that the sugar in my body is a little bit high but I shouldn’t be worry about it, and she didn’t give me any prescription either. I thought that it just a follow up, and she was so nice to explain it for me. But I was wrong, they ask me to pay the copay again. I told them that they could have sent me the report, and I can read it myself instead of asking me make another appointment, then read the report to me and charge me for coming to see Dr. Madison Myers. That is really dirty business practice that I received from a place that I never thought. I just want to inform you so that the same thing won’t happen to you. And absolutely, that was my last time to come there.

My family and Ive been with Dr. Tran for many years now, and I can honestly say that hes the best family doctor we have. He’s very knowledgeable, has moral, and genuine care for his patients. What makes him stand out among other doctors I’ve been to is the fact that he takes time to listen to our concerns and answers all the questions that we might have; whereas some other doctors left the room before I have a chance to ask questions. Scheduling was easy and the receptionists are nice and helpful, especially Ms. Khanh. Overall, we’re very happy with the care that Dr. Tran and his staffs provide. We truly feel blessed to find Dr. Tran as our family doctor.

Dr. Tran is the only doctor that I have ever been to that cares about me as a human being. He treats me like family, I feel 100% comfortable and cared for when I go to my appointments, I am never rushed out of the room, he takes as much time as is needed. I also adore Chelsea his medical assistant, she treats me like a sister. My husband got to meet them when he sat in on one of my appointments and was blown away by the genuine care that Dr. Tran had for me. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Tran as a family doctor!!!

Bad temper Doctor. I always wait for over one hour each time I need to see Dr Tran. One day after over one hour waiting and did not see him come to my waiting room I asked the office person that how long more I need to wait? Dr. Tran came out from other room and said: " I am here. I am busy, I skip my lunch". He then told me to leave his office without seeing me or say any sorry word to me of letting me wait so long. I find another doctor and not to be there anymore..

Beware.... Dr. and receptionist will say they take your insurance and once you go see him he does a bunch of lab work ( he owns the lab) Thats unnessiciary and then charges a ton for these not needed tests!! even worse 4 months later they demand thousands of dollars and stop treatment instantly and will not release med records !! Liars and filing civil injunction when you lied and tried to hustle your patients. You know when your in network....... karma

I hear that Dr. Tran is amazing, but unfortunately I will never find out for myself. I had an unforeseen situation come up and needed to cancel or reschedule my appointment. By the time his secretary was finished ripping into me and making me feel less than human, I decided Id rather suffer a stroke or heart attack, than deal with being talked to that way. It makes me sad, because I hear Dr. Tran is one of the best.

Dr. Tran is amazing. Ive never had a doctor sit down, talk to me, go through my meds with me and then truly try to get to the bottom of what ails me through healthy methods rather then meds that lead to addiction etc. The staff is friendly as well. Out of all the doctors Ive been to in my life, hes the best and I feel like he truly cares. I highly recommend him!

Dr Tran is awesome. I started going there a month ago after going through many other shady doctors. Everyone in the office is very kind also. The atmosphere is super comfortable and the wait time is always low. And he actually cares about his patients instead of $$ . He even went as far to find me resources to quit smoking. I wont be going anywhere else!

Dr. Tran is a thoughtful person and cares about his patients as HUMAN BEINGS. He really wants to help each person with everything that is going on with them. He will go out of his way to look up costs of medications on peoples insurance plans to be helpful or give out samples when he can. He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever been a patient of.
