Im surprised to be the first review... I think the doctor is ok but the followup is awful! Getting prescriptions ordered correctly is nearly impossible. Prescriptions called into the wrong pharmacy, wrong prescriptions called in, prescriptions called in that the patient cant afford because insurance wont cover and then waiting forever to get an authorization. Office doesnt return calls. Slow to get anything done. Appointments are generally a month out. If you have a serious condition that needs immediate attention dont go to this doctors office nothing will get taken care of unless you are ready to make numerous calls and many days of frustration.

I felt very rushed, and I received a very pat answer. We dont know why you have this problem, we dont know if its going to get worse, but if it does, use a cane. We dont know if there is a cure. She just listened to me and came up with that diagnosis. No tests, no verification of symptoms, etc. They automatically made a followup appointment for one year later. I called to cancel, at 10 a.m., I got an answering machine that stated their phone hours (which 10 a.m. is within), and then the recording said to please call back during phone hours.

Dr. Varghese is an outstanding doctor and is very caring for the health of her patients. I first saw her to evaluate one problem and she was able to see and diagnose a more serious problem. Her recommendation of another specialist and two subsequent surgeries has greatly improved my quality of life. I strongly recommend her as someone who is competent, caring, and personable.
