I was there when I was sick and got an antibiotic prescription> When I got home I realized I forgot to ask for a pill for yeast infections (i get them when on antibiotic). They said the only way theyd give the prescription to me was if i came back and paid them to talk to the doctor to ask her for it. They wouldnt give it to me UNLESS I PAID! (I was there less than an hour prior) Then I just got a call from a collections agency saying i didnt pay a bill for another time i was "SUPPOSEDLY THERE". I am very confused about this because I lived over an hour away from Maricopa urgent care at that time and dont remember going back since I had the ear infection (which was not the date of the supposed appointment). They supposedly sent 4 notices saying that I didnt pay the bill (hmm where are these elusive notices) and then a year later im finally getting a call from a collections agency.... They had my number on file, they had my address on file. I did not receive one call saying the insurance paperwork didnt go through. I have a feeling these people are just trying to scam me out of more money (from the sound of the first problem I had with them they are just MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS). I would not recommend them for anything. Get a real doctor and form a relationship with them. these people are just money hungry bottom feeders

I would give this zero stars if I could, worst doctor and office I have ever been too. Kept me waiting hours after my appointment just to tell me the doctor is normally running hours late, after I drove 30 mins there. Had to leave without being seen to go to work. They didnt even bother to call and say my 11am appointment wouldnt be until 1pm. Also when Ive seen the doctor before, she didnt speak very good English and didnt seem to really know anything much. Bad all around, very disappointed.

I wouldnt give them a star if I didnt have to! Ive seen this doctor three different occasions, all three I waited 45 minutes plus after my scheduled appointment time! Today my fourth visit I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time and I walked out without being seen. Will not see this doctor again worst doctor ever

i so agree they rip you off will not release your medical records claiming you still owe money when you dont . that is illegal.
