The PA Laurie is always running very late. The last 2 times i went in for a yearly wellness visit, she was over 1 hour late. They sent in a medical student both times to start my physical without even asking. I went to have a doctor do my physical, not a student. They make me feel like I dont matter. The PA April is fantastic, but she works limited hours. Also, the front desk staff are very rude and make me feel like they do not care about you. They also now make you pay for your visit before you are seen and not after it goes through your insurance company. So I did that, then I looked online at my medical insurance account and found that the insurance company paid it in full. It was 2 months later and I never received a refund from this office. I called and asked when I would get the refund and was told they would submit it and i would receive it in 1 month. Are you kidding me?? They held on to my money for that long when they were paid already. I know I never would have seen that money again if I did not call.

Do Not go see this doctor unless you have alot of time and no life, I went there twice and both times I waited over 45 minutes to be seen with out hardly any other patients in the office, Both times while I was there his staff let two or three diffrent drug reps go back and talk to him. I could here a 15 min conversation right outside my exam room. Most doctors have the drug reps make appointments and put their patients first. I had to end up walking out and having his staff refund my card. Totally unacceptable, there alot of other doctors out there that are on time or close to it.

I love Doctor Luberto, but his front office staff is slow and rude. The number one problem is getting someone to answer a phone in the office. I sat on the phone 13minutes 40 seconds one day. It wouldnt have been so bad if a human had come on and said were backed up could you call back? Instead its an automated system telling you not to hang up. And when youre in the office theyre not friendly and seem more concerned with their personal things. I hate to have to do it, but Im changing doctors because of his office staff. Service in the West Valley...a never ending struggle.

Dr. Luberto has been my primary care physician since 2006. He specializes in sports medicine (the official physician of the NHL Arizona Coyotes) and general family practice. I believe he is good at listening to and addressing your concerns as well as clarifying your needs. Hes typically available within a day or two for an office visit and accepts several insurance plans (no AHCCCS). He is one of very few physicians I truly trust!

Dr Luberto and his staff are The Best; and April Seiler is a gem. I always receive his or Aprils full attention; I never feel rushed, and they listen (which is more than I can say for a lot of doctors). They work with me and truly care about my well-being. When I need to see a specialist, they have given me the names of wonderful doctors. Ive been with this office for 3-4 years and would highly recommend Dr Luberto to everyone.

The physicians assistant Lori was completely unprofessional and rude. I do not go to the doctor often unless it is necessary and this woman literally laughed at me and criticized me for staying home from work. Since she couldnt determine what was wrong with me she stated that I was exaggerating. I will never return to this doctor and I suggest that if you do go to this office do not see this woman.

Dr. Bob is very personable, and treats all his patience respectfully. I recently moved to the other side of the valley and have made the hour drive to see him. He has been seeing me for over 15 years. I have yet to find anyone as good as him.
