I have no idea what this guys problem is that left a 1 star review, but my experience here was rock solidly the best Doctor visit Ive had. Where else can you go where theyll schedule same-day or next-day appointments with your PCP? Nowhere! And super understanding of cancelations, last minute or not. My 14 month old girl was throwing a fit, but the workers here are so nice they gave her a clipboard to hold and had her walk it down the hall to where they were brining it. I took a picture so you all can see, thats true service. Great work, Hunter Medical Team! My final note is on the PCP themselves. The woman I first saw was comprehensive and answered all my questions. She seemed a bit robotic or impersonal but she was to-the-point. The man I saw 4 days later was super awesome. He was friendly (as is all the staff) and sounded concerned with my health, but comforting about solutions. He also explained things in a super easy-to-understand way that Im sure anyone would appreciate. Quick solutions, awesome service. Honestly, if you need a quick appointment on short notice, try this location. They seem great to me. They also have a super quick sign-in for returning patients and even an app to message and stay in contact with your doctor, which is amazing. Top notch, but with a down-to-earth friendly feel, like getting care from your own Mothers house.

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone I cared about. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, very unfriendly and uncaring for the type of business they are in. I have had six hip replacements and a shoulder surgery and even though I have massive chronic pain I work 2 jobs and only take IBU profins and they treated me like you would a drug addict, making my efforts to maintain my pain very unpleasant. The saddest part for me was I continued to give Jackie the benefit of doubt with the way she continually forgot who I was and all my issues I had explained to her within a weeks time, I continued to see her for 3 years. But I am so angry at myself for not moving forward after all the bad experiences to a more competent caring Doctor and clinic, that I had to let people know if you have real issues that need care this is not the place to go.

Front desk was super rude and not welcoming at all. Once I saw Curt the FNP he was horrible! I pretty much diagnosed myself and didnt tell me what was the next step, he just left without even saying bye or nothing horrible horrible horrible, ruined my day. I work in the medical field so I know thats not how you end a visit. The nurse or MA even came and apologized after. He was in a rush to go home so I got poor care. If you want someone to listen to you and show like they care this is not the place. 0-10.

When my family practice closed after 15 years I struggled to find a place I could trust and feel comfortable. After one visit Im sold. Dr. Kurt was awesome, made me feel like friend and not another patient. The staff was fantastic and the gentleman that drew my blood was a true pro. If youre looking for a doctors office that truly values the meaning of "family" in their name, than this is the office.

The front office staff gave me wrong information which resulted in an extra co-pay I did not need to pay. The lady I spoke to (Miley?) was unapologetic and sounded robotic repeating her verbage before transferring me to the billing department. The lady in the billing department (Ava) sounded nicer & genuine. She said she was going to try to help. If I get the resolution I will change my rate

Basic Island Gaming

The staff was very nice and professional. The front desk was very informative and they answered all of my questions. The nurse was quick and knowledgeable and she talked great with my kid. I saw Kurt and he was funny and very sharp. I 100% recommend this place. Its a great place for families.

This office continues to have google remove there negative reviews! DO NOT GO HERE!! They are incompetent and some of there old negative reviews include being unsterile! The staff here will constantly mess up records, read charts wrong and not treat patients when there is a medical problem!

Had co-pays wrong multiple times, prescriptions miscommunicated to different pharmacies giving me the wrong medication, telling me one dosage at my appointment but putting less on my prescription. Have had to call to fix too many things in the 6 months I have been going here.

Got turned away because they only have a few open appointments for today so theyre only taking sick people. Ive been going here since i was little and after this, Ill be finding another provider/business to take my family to from now on!
