Very disappointed with this vet who takes my dog for the second time to board then decides to administer a topical flea medication AFTER I advised at drop off that my dog takes an oral dose once a month of a combination flea/tick/heartworm medication (that was ordered from VCA Animal Hospital - NOT just arbitrarily ordered online by me as he implied!) Just like I advised them on every visit before. They never notified me or checked with me first, thereby possibly OVERDOSING my dog! On top of this, when I was charged for this, I went back to the vet and questioned the receptionist and then the owner/doctor himself who stated that he did not know what was said between the drop-off receptionist and me as the receptionist no longer worked there and flat out refused to remove the $17 charge. Horrible customer service and horrible treatment of an animal and will report to the BBB. Will never go back.

Its such a shame. Weve been going here for a while and have always had a pleasant experience. Recently Ive noticed that the service has gone downhill. The charge for the office visit is fairly low compared to others but you are given a fairly long and expensive list of "diagnostic" testing. I have been given this list in the past, have agreed to it, and then the same tests are "needed" each time. It started to seem like this is where he was making up the rest of his $$. After visiting other facilities, I have seen that there are better places to go where they will make you and your pet feel welcome and also realize that as unfortunate as it is you are not an endless supply of money and can just hand it over when it comes to pointless testing.

not too sure about this guy, something wasnt right with his diagnosis and treatment. My beloved pet paid with their life. Do not trust him and I wish I wouldve watched his every move and gotten a second opinion. I will never go back. This vet either wasnt reading his test results right or he was experimenting ..... and played God with my beloved family furry without my consent. They misspelled my pets name, had its weight wrong and gave potassium to an animal whose test results showed "high Potassium" so go figure... death unexpectedly to an animal who shouldve had many years still to come. rip... go elsewhere!

We have been using the clinics services for several years, for our dog and cats. My daughter had to bring her furbaby cat in on Saturday, as she was not well. The prognosis was not good; she called & asked me to join her at the clinic. When I arrived & they led me to the exam room, Plucky was being examined, & my daughter was in tears. Playing on the exam table was an adorable kitten, maybe 8 weeks old. it had been left outside the clinic door...& they brought her in to entertain my daughter, keep her company & ease her broken heart. How thoughtful... and one of a kind consideration for their clients!

Really nice place. Both the assistant and the vet were friendly, the vet took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient and loving to my pet. Did not push for unneeded tests and procedure as in my experience at all other places i previously went, did not ask what i feed him (cant stand this question, always followed by telling me i should rather feed whatever is on his list of favorite products). so yes, really appreciated the whole visit! Will definitely have him as first on my list if any issue with any of my pets! :-)

We have always used this vet service since moving to Florida. We have a Rottweiler and 5 cats. I have the utmost faith and respect for this vet.His prices are reasonable, he is ethical, and he has never tried to upsell us by preying on our love of our animals. We had a bad experience with another dental vet where that vet tried to get us to do an expensive operation for our dogs underbite (which is normal for the breed). This vets practice is tucked away on the southwest corner of 136th Ave and I-595, but well worth the trip.

This is an ethical caring vet and staff. He took exceptional care of my chocolate lab until she passed away. He always took his time with her and she loved it there. This says alot because she would cry when I took her to a large animal hospital. I think that place was noisy, crowded and too overwhelming for her. Now I bring my Kerry blue terrier there. This Dr was able to make accurate diagnoses of my first old dog and treat her properly. Hes really a great vet who loves animals.

We love this clinic! My family has been taking our dogs here for close to 15 years and now bringing my own I understand why we remained so loyal. They never try to take the more expensive route. They are so helpful by taking the time to explain any questions you may have. My dogs are always treated very well whenever they are in the office. I recently moved out east and I will not be changing my vet no matter what! Worth the drive :)

We have a very kind and friendly cat who lives in the community. We wish karma on the cruel person who wounded this cat with such force that it cracked the inside of his mouth along with the loss of an eye. This vet when over and beyond the call to help his injury and with compassion towards our situation. Thank you for the 110%. We will be back.

This animal hospital is very good. They treat the pets like if they were their own. They care for them with love. Both vets are understanding and take all the time you need to explian and diagnose the pet. Amber in the front is great. If you have any questions she is always willing to help. She is very knowledgeable.

My experience was incredibly amazing. The doctors are both very knowledgeable. This office really care about every animal that comes in. They are very reasonable in comparison with other Vet hospitals. Our German Shepard just had surgery a month ago and she is doing so great! I highly recommend this place!
